BURG sPinLock 510 Mechanical Code Lock

sPinLock 510
The sPinLock 510 is a numeric code lock designed for various applications in the furniture sector. It features a compact design and the ability to set up to 9,999 different number combinations. The lock is made of plastic housing (black), Zamak rotor, and steel (nickel plated) latch. It operates in Private Mode, where a preset code is used to operate the lock. The lock also comes with an ergonomic rotary knob and allows for emergency opening and code finding using a master key (sold separately).

Product Usage Instructions:
Unlocking:
- Use the number wheels to set the valid code (factory setting 0-0-0-0) along the guide line.
Code Configuration:
- Use the number wheels to set the valid code (factory setting 0-0-0-0) along the guide line.
- Move the adjustment pin on the back of the lock from position A to position B.
- Use the number wheels to set the new code.
- Move the adjustment pin on the back of the lock back to position A.
Code Finding and Emergency Opening:
To perform code finding and emergency opening, please refer to the instructions provided with the master key (sold separately).

its operating method. Its added value comes primar-ily from its compact design
and the possibility of setting up to 9,999 different number combinations.
Important: Please note all warnings and read through the entire operating
manual before you begin confi guration.

Functional Description
Mode: Fixed Assigned Authorization (Private Mode)
In this mode, a code is preset with which the lock can be operated. This mode
is suitable for user groups where the user rights do not need to change on a
regular basis, e.g. in an offi ce cabinet.
Master key
The master key can be used to read the valid code and open the lock.
Note: The master key is not included in the scope of delivery and can be
ordered separately.

Set the code

Use the number wheels to set the valid code (factory setting 0-0-0-0) along the guide line.

Turn the knob by 90° to the right (clockwise) so that the arrow points to the green (open) lock symbol. The lock is unlocked.

Move the adjustment pin on the back of the lock from position A to position B.

Use the number wheels to set the new code.

Move the adjustment pin on the back of the lock back to position A.
Note: Step 2 applies to the right variant. For the left variant, the knob must be turned 90° to the left (counter-clockwise). -
Code finding and emergency opening

Insert the master key into the cylinder opening.
-
Turn cylinder 90° to the right (clockwise).
The lock is unlocked. -
Press one of the four keys on the back of the lock.

Turn the opposite number wheel on the front of the lock until it clicks into place.

Repeat the procedure for the other 3 keys and number wheels. It is recommended to press the keys one after the other from right to left.

The valid code is set.
Note: Step 2 applies to the right variant. For the left variant, the knob must be turned 90° to the left (counterc-lockwise).

Use the number wheels to set the valid code (factory setting 0-0-0-0) along the guide line.

Turn the knob by 90° to the right (clockwise) so that the arrow points to the green (open) lock symbol. The lock is unlocked.

Lock

Turn the knob by 90° to the left (counterclockwise) so that the arrow points to the red (locked) lock symbol.

Adjust the number wheels. The lock is locked.
Note: Step 1 applies to the right variant. For the left vari-ant, the knob must be turned 90° to the right (clockwise).
