Thank you for purchasing this SUZUKI musical instruments. To ensure you get
the most out of the CTB-01, please read this manual carefully.
Be sure to keep this manual in a safe place for reference as needed.
**** Precautions for use.
To the teacher / group leader.
In order to use the product safely and for a long time, please ensure students
adhere to the following instructions.
Do not stand or sit on the instrument
This product is not intended to be played by siting on the instrument. Playing
or sitting on the top of the product may cause it to become deformed/ damaged
or result in accidental injury.
Do not put your hands or objects inside the instrument.
Do not put your hands, parts of the body or objects inside the instrument.
This may cause it to become damaged or result in accidental injury.
Be careful not to get your hands caught in moving parts.
Be careful not to pinch your fingers, hands, or objects between the covers and
the movable parts of the covers. The product may be deformed/ damaged or
result in accidental injury.
Do not pull the cover.
Do not strain the cover by pulling the cover knob. The product may be
deformed/ damaged or result in accidental injury.
Do not strike with hard or sharp objects.
Do not strike the drum with anything but attached mallet and bare hands. If
you hit it with a hard or pointed object, it may cause deformation or damage.
Take care not to hit or drop the instrument.
Do not touch with wet hands.
Because it is a wooden product, it may be deformed or discoloured by moisture.
Do not store in high temperature, high humidity, or unstable locations.
The product may be deformed/ damaged or result in accidental injury.
Do not wipe with the thinner or the benzene.
Wipe with a soft cloth as a care. Never use thinner or the benzine as they may
damage the product.
Place on a flat, sturdy floor.
If the floor is inclined or there is a step, the installation of this product
becomes unstable, which is dangerous. Install on a horizonal and sturdy floor.

How to attach a slanting stand
Attach to the mounting hole of the slanting stand to the bottom of the main
unit (names and functions of each part ⑤) with the knob bolt that comes with
the slanting stand. The directivity of the sound changes depending on the
mounting positions on the front and rear sides. Please choose the mounting
position according to your favorite tone.

- Mounting hole for attaching the slanting stand The directionality of the sound can be changed by attaching the slanting stand.
