If pushing too hard, with force or striking too quickly, the reed may be stuck
and may not sound. Play it while adjusting the force or speed.
The pitch has dropped It does not sound
This product has a mechanism in which a small metal plate called a “reed”
vibrates and creates the sound inside. The reeds can break due to metal
fatigue, which is something that may happen with the musical instruments in
general that use reeds. If the pitch drops significantly, it is as a sign that
the reed will break. If the pitch goes down or it does not sound, ask the
supplier concerning replacement or repair.
