Product Usage Instructions

UNBOX

The P1-L Construction Label Printer is paired seamlessly with the ROCK Mobile app, allowing users to categorize, mark, and lookup items on the jobsite. The printer supports automatic templates for one-click printing of measurements, materials, locations, assemblies, and more.

OPEN LABEL COVER

  • Press down on the Open Tray Latch until the Label Cover opens, exposing the inside of the printer.

UNCOIL LABELS

  • Remove the small piece of tape at the beginning of the Label Roll. Unwind 2-3 labels from the roll.

INSERT ROLL

  • Insert the roll of labels back into the printer. Ensure that the labels are facing down and that at least one label extends past the front of the cover.

CLOSE COVER

  • Close the Label Cover of the printer until a clicking sound is heard and the Label Cover is locked closed. Ensure that at least one label extends outside of the coil.

POWER PRINTER ON

  • Press and release the Power ON/OFF button (left side button) until a sound is heard and the REEKON logo appears on the OLED display.

LABEL ALIGNMENT

Align the labels by selecting the Label Feed button and allowing a label to dispense. Once dispensed, rip and discard any exposed labels. Note that the label’s edge should be parallel to the serrated edge. If the labels are misaligned and causing issues, repeat steps 4 and onwards, ensuring that the labels are aligned correctly.

DOWNLOAD ROCK APP

The printer is now ready to print labels. Download the ROCK Jobsite App for Android or iOS and connect to the printer in the Tools menu to begin printing. In the Tools menu of the ROCK Jobsite App, enter the serial name of P1-L, which can be found on the P1-L OLED screen. The serial name needs to be copied exactly.

Using Instructions

OPEN LABEL COVER

  • Press down on the Open Tray Latch until the Label Cover opens, exposing the inside fo the printer.

UNCOIL LABELS

  • Remove the small piece of tape at the beginning of the Label Roll. Unwind 2-3 labels from the roll.

INSERT ROLL

  • Insert the roll of labels back into the printer. Ensure that the labels are facing down and that at least one label extends past the front of the cover.

  • Close Label Cover of printer until clicking sound heard and Label Cover is locked closed. Ensure at least one label is extended outside of the coil.

POWER PRINTER ON

  • Press and release the Power ON/OFF button (left side button) until sound is heard and REEKON logo appears on the OLED display.

LABEL ALIGNMENT

  • Align the labels by selecting the Label Feed button and allowing a label to dispense. Once dispensed, rip and discard any exposed labels.

NOTE: labels edge should be parallel to serrated edge. Printer may jam if labels are misaligned. If having issues, repeat steps 4 and onward ensuring labels are aligned correctly.

DOWNLOAD ROCK APP

  • Printer is now ready to print labels. Download the ROCK Jobsite App for Andriod or iOS and connect to the printer in the Tools menu to begin printing.
