Safety Instructions

  •  This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the device in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  •  Do not install the transmitter on a metal surface.
  •  Keep away from heat sources such as radiators or damp areas such as a kitchen or bathroom.
  •  Keep away from rain, moisture, splashing and dripping liquids.
  •  Before drilling any holes in the wall, please make sure there are not cables or pipes that you may accidentally damage.

Battery

WARNING

  • Do not puncture batteries or throw them in fire as they may explode.
  • Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries (alkaline).
  • Dispose of batteries in accordance with local regulations. Keep batteries away from children.
  • On the receiver, open the battery cover and insert two AA/LR6 batteries (mind the polarity)., and close.
  • On the transmitter, remove the mounting plate by gently inserting a flathead screwdriver into the slot.
  • Carefully insert a CR2032 battery into the battery holder (mind the polarity).
  • Proceed with the mounting prior to re-installing the mounting plate onto the transmitter

Mounting

Transmitter

● Drill two holes at a required height according to the indicated positions on the mounting plate.
● Insert a wall plug in each hole and fix the mounting plate with two screws.
● Align the transmitter and the mounting plate, and gently click in place.
● You can also mount the transmitter with double-sided adhesive tape.

Receiver

● Drill two holes (Ø 6 mm) at a required height according to the indicated positions on the mounting plate.
● Insert a wall plug and a screw in each hole.
● Mount the receiver.
You can also mount the receiver with double-sided adhesive tape.

Buttons

  • Door Chime
    • On the transmitter, press the push button once. The receiver will sound.
    • To repeat, just press the button again. Do not hold the button pressed.
  • Code Button
    • The code button is used to pair the receiver with another transmitter (see auto-learning chapter below).
  • Mode Button
    • The mode button is used to select the working mode: sound only, LED only or sound and LED.
  • Melody Selector
    • Press the selector to select the desired melody.
  • Volume Adjustment
    • Increase and decrease the volume level by pressing the volume adjustment button.

Auto-Learning Code

Pairing 1 Transmitter

  •  After powering both the transmitter and receiver, the receiver will sound to indicate that it is in working status.
  •  Press the code button on the receiver. The receiver will beep to indicate it has entered the pairing mode
  •  Press the push button on the transmitter within 15 seconds to pair. If the button is not pressed within 15 seconds, the receiver will beep twice and exit the pairing status. In this case, repeat as described above.
  •  To disconnect the receiver from the transmitter, please press and hold the code button for about 3 seconds. The receiver will beep 5 times and unpair.

Pairing Multiple Transmitters

  •  After powering all the transmitters and receiver, the receiver will sound to indicate that it is in working status.
  •  Execute the pairing procedure for every transmitter as described above.

Notes:

  •  After replacing the batteries in the transmitter, you will need to follow the same procedure of the auto-learning code set-up as above.
  •  If the receiver sounds during the pairing, pairing failed due to interference. In this case, disconnect the receiver from the transmitter and restart pairing.
    A single receiver supports up to four transmitters.
