Product Information
The Phos 4.0 is the latest offering on wireless emergency lighting monitoring systems by Olympia Electronics. The system is designed to be installed on all types of buildings, offering complete monitoring of all connected luminaires with robust security from unwanted access. Each central unit can control up to 3200 luminaires via Wireless Gateways, making it suitable for large installations. The GR-7620/V2/KIT is the control panel of the wireless emergency lighting system. It features a 10” control touch screen and a backup battery with 4 hours of autonomy. The control panel comes with the Standard version of Phos4.0 software pre-installed.
The Phos 4.0 wireless system supports multiple Gateway versions (USB/Wifi/Ethernet) and offers features such as 16 programmable digital zones, multiple floor plans with active device icons, current events view, event logging, email report, automated device search and installation, easy device separation in different gateway networks, automatic device categorization for instantaneous setup and updating, immediate information for each connected device, complete monitoring options without interfering with self-contained luminaires, resistance to network failures, connection to modern BMS systems for a complete overview of all installation luminaires, and online update capability.
The product model is GR-7620/V2/KIT and it operates on a voltage of 220-240V AC / 50-60Hz. The control panel features a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 19201200 IPS. It has 8Gb of system RAM and multiple USB ports (USB3.0 type A, USB2.0 Type A, Micro USB), HDMI output (micro HDMI port), earphone jack, DC-IN jack, LAN port (RJ45), and COM port (RS232). It supports WiFi 802.11ac/b/g/n and has a charging power of 12V. The backup battery has a capacity of 12000mAh 3.7V = 44.4Wh. The tablet has an IP67 degree of cover protection and comes in black color. The tablet dimensions are 280 x 187 x 22mm, made of plastic, and weighs 1080g. The housing also comes in black color, with dimensions of 373 x 313 x 45mm and an IP30 degree of cover protection.
Product Usage Instructions
- Unfasten the 2 retaining screws to remove the tablet.
- Mount the box to the wall with the included mounting accessories.
- Pass the power cables through the rubber grommet and connect them to the terminal block. L for live wire, N for neutral, and for ground wire. Install the included tie-wrap to the included adhesive tether loop and fasten securely the power cable in order to anchor it.
- Connect the LAN cable to the RJ45 network port.
- Connect the power supply cable to the tablet’s DC-IN port, place the tablet back to its base, and screw the retaining screws.

Installation
