DEVICE DESCRIPTION

A location chip for accurate search using Apple’s Find My network.

PAIRING

1. Power on: Press and hold the Tag button for 3 seconds.
2. Pairing: Place the Tag near your phone. Open the Find app, go to “Items” tab, click on + and select “Add another item”. Lightly move the Tag to enter the pairing mode. Then follow the instructions in the app.

POWER OFF AND RESET

1. Power off: Press and hold the Tag button for 5 seconds to turn it off.
2. Restoring factory settings: Triple-click and then hold the button for 10 seconds to initiate a factory reset. The Tag will start to beep. After factory reset, the tracker will switch to pairing mode. The Tag will enter the sleep mode (turn  off) if it cannot be paired within 10 minutes.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

1. The FIXED Tag is powered by a high-quality 3V CR2025 battery. In normal use, the battery life is on average 1 year. The charge status can be viewed in the Find app in the device details.
2. To replace the battery, carefully remove the back cover of the Tag.
3. Remove the discharged battery and replace it with a new one. Please make sure that the new battery has the same parameters as the original one.
4. Dispose of the old battery in an environmentally friendly manner.
