Product Usage Instructions
To use the WB24SDEX2 Warming Drawer:
- Ensure that the warming drawer is properly connected to a power outlet with a 10A 3-prong grounding-type plug.
- Adjust the front door panel to your desired depth.
- Place the plates or cups you want to keep warm inside the drawer.
- Use the handle-free, push-to-open capacitive touch controls to select the desired function. Choose from six tailored functions including Rapid Proof, Dehydrate, and Slow Cook.
- The warming drawer provides fast and even heating, making it suitable for keeping food warm, low temperature cooking, resting after roasting, and proofing dough.
- For safety reasons, the warming drawer has automatic switch-off and delayed start functionality. It will keep dishes warm until it’s time to serve the main meal.
- After each use, wipe the smooth glass interior with a damp cloth for easy cleaning.
