EXTENSION CORDS
A short power-supply cord is to be provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Longer detachable power- supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use. If a longer detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:

1.  The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance.
2. The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over, snagged, or pulled on unintentionally by children or the user.

POLARIZED PLUG (IF APPLICABLE TO YOUR COUNTRY)
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.

Usage Instructions

1. Before using the Citrus Juicer, make sure to read all instructions provided in the user manual.
2. Place the Citrus Juicer on a dry, flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
3. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet and turn on the switch.
4. Cut the citrus fruit in half and place it on the juicing cone with the cut side facing down.
5. Press down on the fruit with the juicing cone while rotating it to extract juice from the fruit.
6. Once all the juice is extracted, turn off the switch and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
7. Remove the juicing cone and clean it with soap and water before using it again.

HOW TO OPERATE

BEFORE FIRST USE:

1. Unpack the appliance and all parts. Remove all packaging materials, including any stickers or labels.
2. Read these instructions carefully.
3. Clean the interior surface of the appliance with a damp cloth. Wipe dry with a soft cloth immediately. Do not use abrasive materials. Wipe down the exterior with a soft dry cloth.
4. NEVER IMMERSE APPLIANCE OR CORD IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
5.  Position the appliance on a stable, dry, level, heat-resistant surface near an electrical outlet.
6.  Unroll t he electrical cord.
7.  Operate this appliance on a separate outlet and circuit from other appliances to avoid overloading the circuit.

FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
USING THE APPLIANCE:

1.  Cut fruit (orange, lime or lemon) in half, select the appropriate cone according to the size of fruit. Plug in the appliance. The citrus juicer start working automatically when fruit is pushed down on the cone assembly.
2.  Wash the filter to remove the pulp as needed.
3. Do not use for more than 15 seconds and wait 15 seconds between uses. Let the appliance cool down for 30 minutes after 10 consecutive cycles.
4. Once the jar is full, pour the juice in a glass.
5.  When stop pressing the fruit, the appliance will stop working.
6. Disconnect the unit from an electric outlet before cleaning.
7. The maximum capacity of jar is 0.8L, please do not overfill.

CLEANING

Proper maintenance will ensure years of use of your appliance. Clean the product after every use following these steps. This appliance contains no user serviceable parts and requires little maintenance.

1. Unplug juicer before cleaning.
2.  Do not use abrasive detergent or scrub pads, wash removable parts with hot, soapy water. Rinse well and wipe dry.
3. Clean the surface of the motor base with a cloth and sponge dampened with hot, soapy water.DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER. Rinse with a dampened cloth or sponge and wipe dry.

CAUTION:
DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE, THE POWER CORD OR THE PLUG INTO WATER OR ANY LIQUIDS.

STORAGE

1. After following the steps for cleaning and maintenance, collect the power cord.
2.  Store the appliance in a dry and clean place.

HOLSTEIN HOUSEWARES warrants that from the date of purchase, this product will be free from mechanical manufacturing defects for a period of 180 days. Transportation charges on parts, or products in whole, submitted for repair or
replacement, under this warranty, must be borne by the purchaser.

CONDITIONS
THERE IS NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE TIME PERIOD SPECIFIED HEREIN, OR TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Purchaser must present the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service or replacement. Dealers, service centers, or retail stores do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way, change the terms and conditions of this warranty.

ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY
The warranty service would NOT apply if the product damage occurred because of misuse, lack of routine maintenance, shipping, handling, warehousing, or improper installation. Similarly, the warranty is void if the manufacturing date or the serial number on the product has been removed or the equipment has been altered or modified. During the Retailer Return Policy, the Retailer may exchange or refund any product, in accordance with their established Return Policy.

NORMAL WEAR
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product; improper voltage or current; use contrary to the operating instructions and manual; deviation from instructions regarding storage and transportation; repair or alteration by anyone other than HOLSTEIN HOUSEWARES or an authorized service center. Further, the warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornadoes. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.
