Product overview

The 210W CB200B studio strobe is a powerful bi-color continuous video light with soft evenly-distributed lighting, good heat dissipation, and superb noise-free performance. It operates on a 2.4G frequency which allows multiple simultaneous connections between light units. With 12 special scenes, silent mode, and BOOSTER lighting mode available, the CB200B is widely compatible with the needs of professional photography, show recording, live interviews, and more.
Connected via Bluetooth, the video light can be wirelessly controlled by the NEEWER App from your phone. The NEEWER Infinity connection mode allows the user to connect and create a network of an unlimited number of Bluetooth compatible lighting devices for group control of all lights in your studio.

How to Assemble

Installing the strobe

  1. Pull back on the quick release latch highlighted and rotate the protective cover counterclockwise at the same time until the tabs align with the gaps in order to remove the protective cover from the strobe.NEEWER CB200B Bi color LED Video Light - asemble1
  2. Align the reflector hood tabs with the gaps on the strobe, push the reflector inwards and rotate the reflector clockwise until it is tightened and secured on the strobe.
  3. Mount the strobe onto a light stand using the support bracket located on the base, then tighten the Stand Securing Knob.
  4. Loosen the Angle Adjustment Knob by rotating it. This will allow you to set the strobe to the required angle.

Installing an umbrella

  1. Open up an umbrella, then insert the umbrella stem through the reflector hole as well as the strobe’s umbrella hole.
  2. Finish installing the umbrella.
  • The umbrella is not included in the package and is available for separate purchase.

How to Use

  • Power On
    Connect the studio light to a power source using the included power cable. Turn on the light.

  • The Power Button is located at the bottom of the studio light.

    • Standby Short press the ” C ” button to activate / deactivate standby mode.

    • Reset Infinity Connection Setting
      Press and hold the ” RESET ” button for 5 seconds to reset the Infinity connection setting

    • BOOSTER Mode
      Short press BOOSTER button until the display shows “BOOSTER” in blue to indicate that the light is in BOOSTER mode.
      Short press BOOSTER button again and the word “BOOSTER” will disappear to exit the BOOSTER mode.NEEWER CB200B Bi color LED Video Light -

    • Adjust Brightness
      Short press the “ X SET button in any mode, until the display shows the” ►”symbol. Simply rotate the “ x SET ” knob to change the brightness level value

    • Change Color Temperature
      Short press the “CCT/°C °F” button to enter CCT mode, then short press the “ x SET ” button until the display shows the ” ► ” symbol for color temperature. Rotate the x set ” knob to adjust the color temperature.

    • Set Special Scenes Short press the ” SCENE ” button to enter SCENE mode. Rotate the X SET ” knob to choose one of the different special scenes.
      Next, short press the “ x SET” button until the “▶ symbol shows on the display to indicate brightness. Rotate the ” X SET ” knob to change brightness level of the selected scene.NEEWER CB200B Bi color LED Video Light -

In order to control the light from your phone, please connect it with the light via the NEEWER APR For detailed instructions, please scan the QR code on the App Leaflet.
    Please reset Infinity Mode before connecting the light to the App, Long press the ” RESET ” button for 5 seconds to reset Infinity Mode.

  • 2.4G Mode
    1 Press and hold the “ ” button for 5 seconds until the display shows the ” GB ” symbol for 2.4G mode.
    2 Short press the “ ” button again and the ” ” value will flash on the display. Simply rotate the “ x SET” knob to set the light channel from CHO to CH99.
    3  In 2.4G mode, multiple studio light units can be set on the same channel, such as CH88. After doing so, any changes to settings on one light will be replicated by all other lights set on the same channel, or channel 88.

  •  Temperature Display Switch
    Press and hold the “CCT/°C °F” button for 5 seconds to switch temperature display between “* C ” and ” °F “.

Notes

  1. Please avoid dropping the light or subjecting it to a strong physical impact.
  2. Do not stare at the LED beads when lit to prevent the risk of visual impairment.
  3. Please avoid keeping the light near inflammable or explosive substances.
  4. Please do not use the light in the rain or in a humid environment.
  5. Never touch the light with wet hands.
  6. Please remember to turn off the light when not in use.
  7. Please remove the protective cover first before turning on the light.
  8. If left unused for a long period of time, please keep the light in a dry and well-ventilated place, away from heat source and magnetic field.
  9. Do not place the lamp head upside down to avoid damage caused by the high internal temperature of the flash.
