PDP Xbox Series Airlite Wired Stereo Gaming Headset
Product Information
The AIRLITE Wired Headset is compatible with Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One
consoles. It features a microphone that can be muted by flipping the boom up
and unmuted by flipping it down. The headset
has audio controls on the left earcup for adjusting the volume. It connects to
the controller via a 3.5mm jack and requires a controller with a 3.5mm port or
a separate headset adapter. The headset is designed for users aged 3 years and
above.
Product Usage Instructions
- To mute the microphone, flip the mic boom up. To unmute, flip it down.
- Use the audio control on the left earcup to adjust the volume to your preferred level.
- For Xbox audio setup:
- Check the base of your Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One controller to ensure it has a 3.5mm port for audio. If not, you will need to purchase a separate headset adapter.
- Plug the headset’s 3.5mm jack into the base of your controller.
- Check your audio settings on Xbox to make sure your headset is selected as the assigned audio device.
- Press the Nexus button on the controller to access the menu. Select System, then Audio, and adjust your preferences from there.
Limited Warranty
PDP provides a two-year limited warranty for this product starting from the
original date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in
materials and workmanship. The exclusive
remedy for valid claims is replacement or refund. The warranty does not cover
defects caused by accidents, improper or abusive use, unauthorized
modifications, repairs, or handling. This warranty
does not affect customers’ legal rights under applicable laws governing the
sale of consumer goods.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Coverage and Term: PDP warrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the original date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are those defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to final determination by PDP’s customer service department. This warranty applies only to original purchasers with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized PDP retailer that clearly shows the date of purchase.
Exclusive Remedy and Exclusions: The exclusive remedy for valid claims will be the replacement, or refund of the product. This warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, improper or abusive use of the product, unauthorized or improper modifications, repairs, or handling.

Your Rights Under Applicable Law: This warranty does not affect the legal
rights of customers under applicable state, provincial, or national laws
governing the sale of consumer goods.
Additional Information for Australian Consumers: PDP products come with
guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for
any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have
the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality
and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits given to you
under our express warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you
have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws.
