LIGHTING FEATURES
LED CHARGING INDICATOR: When you connect a micro-USB cable to your Xbox Wireless Controller, the LED charge indicator will turn on and begin moving. Once fully charged, the light will remain solid.
COMPATIBLE ACCESSORIES
The PDP Gaming Play & Charge Kit is cross-compatible with the PDP Gaming Ultra
Slim Charge Systems (Dual and Single) and the PDP Gaming
Rechargeable Battery Pack. After installing the rechargeable battery and door
into your Xbox Controller, simply place it on the charging port of the Ultra
Slim Charge System. The LED Indicators on the base will turn on and begin
moving. Once fully charged, the lights will remain solid.
GETTING STARTED
INSTALLING THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY AND DOOR
Insert the included rechargeable battery pack into the back of your Xbox
controller (flat side facing inward). Next, line up the included battery door
and slide down into the controller. Please use the respective battery door(s)
for your Xbox controller(s). Battery doors for Xbox Series X are labeled,
“For controllers 2020 & later.” Repeat steps for a second controller.
CHARGING YOUR CONTROLLER(S)
To charge your Xbox Wireless Controller(s), simply connect the included micro-
USB cable into the charging port of the battery pack, and then plug the
other end of the cable into a USB port. The LED charge indicator will turn on
and show the charging status of the controller(s).
CLASS B EQUIPMENT:
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits
for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These
limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses,
and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However,
there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and
on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more
of the following measures:
-Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
-Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
-Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is Connected.
-Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
WARNING – BATTERY LEAKAGE
Leakage of ingredients contained within the battery pack, or the combustion
products of the ingredients, can cause personal injury as well as damage to a
game controller, avoiding contact with skin. If contact occurs, immediately
wash thoroughly with soap and water. If liquid leaking from a battery pack
comes into contact with your eyes, immediately flush thoroughly with water and
see a doctor.
To avoid battery leakage:
- Do not expose the battery to excessive physical shock, vibration, or liquids.
- Do not disassemble, attempt to repair, or deform the battery.
- Do not dispose of the battery pack in a fire.
- Do not touch the terminals of the battery or cause a short between the terminals with a metal object.
- Do not peel or damage the battery label.
- Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
- Do not mix up old and new batteries.
- Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
- Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the equipment and disposed of.
2-YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Coverage and Terms
- PDP warrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the original date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are those defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to final determination by PDP’s customer service department. This warranty applies only to original purchasers with valid proof of purchase from an authorized PDP retailer that clearly shows the date of purchase.
Exclusive Remedy and Exclusions
- The exclusive remedy for valid claims will be the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. This warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, improper or abusive use of the product, unauthorized or improper modifications, repairs, or handling.

- Purchasers with product issues should not return the product to the store, but instead, contact PDP’s customer service department first. You can contact PDP customer service by phone at 1-800-331-3844 (US and Canada only), Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM PST. International

Your Rights Under Applicable Law
- This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state, provincial, or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
Additional Information for Australian Consumers
- PDP products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits given to you under our express warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws.
