2-YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Coverage and Terms

POPwarrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the original date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are those defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to final determination by PDP’s customer service department.This warranty applies only to original purchasers with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized POP retailer that clearly shows the date of purchase.
Exclusive Remedy and Exclusions -
theexclusive remedy for valid claims will be the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. This warrantydoes not cover defects caused by accidents, improper or abusive use of the product, unauthorized or improper modifications, repairs, or handling.

Purchasers with product issues should not return the product to the store, but instead contact POPS customer service department first. This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state, provincial, or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
Additional Information for Australian Consumers -
PDP products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund fora major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefit given to you under our express warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Austrahan Consumer Law and other laws.

limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful

communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not
occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful

HEARING SAFETY NOTICE
To prevent possible headng damage, do not listen at high volume levels for
long periods.
WARNING – BATTERY LEAKAGE
This product contains a rechargeable lithium Ion battery pack. Leakage of
ingredients contained within the battery pack, or the combustion products of
the ingredients, can cause persona injury as well as damage to your product.
If battery leakage occurs, avoid contact with skin. If contact occurs,
immediately wash thoroughly with soap and water. If liquid leaking from a
battery padccomes into contact with your eyes, Immediately flush thoroughly
with water and see a doctor.
To avoid battery leakage:
- Oo not expose battery to excessive physical shock, vibration, or liquids.
- Do not disassemble, attempt to repair, or deform the battery.
- Do not dispose of battery pack in a fire.
- Oo not touch the terminals of the battery or cause a short between the terminals with a metal object.
- Do not peel or damage the battery label.
