2-YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

  • Coverage and Terms • PDP warrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the original date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are those defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to final determination by PDP’s customer service department. This warranty applies only to original purchasers with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized PDP retailer that clearly shows the date of purchase.
  • Exclusive Remedy and Exclusions • The exclusive remedy for valid claims will be the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. This warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, improper or abusive use of the product, unauthorized or improper modifications, repairs, or handling.
  • How to Get Service • Purchasers with product issues should not return the product to the store, but instead contact PDP’s customer service department first.   • Your Rights Under Applicable Law • This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state, provincial, or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
  • Additional Information for Australian Consumers • PDP products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits given to you under our express warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws.

1 Initial Setup

First press A/B/X/Y or the D-pad to wake up the controller. In the home screen, select [Controllers] > [Change Grip/Order]. Once on the pairing screen, press and hold the sync button at
the top of the controller by the charging port. On the next screen, press and hold the sync button for at least 2 seconds and then follow the instructions. Once paired, the player indicator light will be illuminated. Tip: To unpair hold down the sync button for at least 1 second.

Charging the Controller

When the controller is low on battery, the indicator LED (located next to the USB C plug) will blink RED every 30 seconds. Connect the controller using the USB type C to the dock. The indicator LED will be on and RED while being charged. Once fully charged, the LED will turn off.

WARNING – BATTERY LEAKAGE

This product contains a rechargeable lithium ion battery pack. Leakage of ingredients contained within the battery pack, or the combustion products of the ingredients, can cause personal injury as well as damage to your product. If battery leakage occurs, avoid contact with skin. If contact occurs, immediately wash thoroughly with soap and water. If liquid leaking from a battery pack comes into contact with your eyes, immediately flush thoroughly with water and see a doctor.

TO AVOID BATTERY LEAKAGE

Do not dispose of battery pack in a fire.
Do not touch the terminals of the battery or cause a short between the terminals with a metal object. Do not peel or damage the battery label.
