LIGHTING FEATURE
LED CHARGING INDICATOR: When you place your Xbox Wireless Controller onto the base to charge, the LED indicator will turn on and begin moving. Once fully charged, the light will remain solid. When the controller is completely removed, the light will turn off.
AUTO-DIMMING LIGHTS: The cinematic lights on the bottom will auto-dim based on surrounding light conditions. In a well-lit environment, the lights will be at 100% brightness. In order to be less intrusive in low-light/dark environments, the lights will auto-dim to 5% brightness. To conserve energy, the lights will turn off when there is no controller on the base.
MAGNETIC FEATURE
The Single Ultra Slim Charge System uses magnetic alignment to take the guesswork out of charging. The included rechargeable battery pack and charging base both have built-in magnets for optimal connection when you need to charge your Xbox controller.
GETTING STARTED
USING THE MICRO-SUCTION MATERIAL
The Single Ultra Slim Charge System features an innovative micro-suction material on the bottom to keep the charger in place. First, remove the protective sheet from the bottom of the charger. To install, flip the base over, place it onto the desired location, and press down. To move the charger, grab the side of the base and pull up at an angle.
CONNECTING THE USB CABLE
To power, the Single Ultra Slim Charge System, connect the USB cable to the back of the system. Next, plug the other side of the cable into a USB port. The LED charging indicator and auto-dimming lights will turn on for 1 second and then turn off, indicating ready status.
INSTALLING THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY AND DOOR
Insert the included rechargeable battery pack into the back of your Xbox controller (flat side facing inward). Next, line up the included battery door* and slide it down into the controller. *Battery doors for Xbox Series X|S are labeled, “For controllers 2020 & later.”
PLACING THE CONTROLLER
Place your Xbox controller on the charging port, the auto-dimming lights will turn on. The LED charging indicator on the base will activate and show the respective charge status of the controller.

These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
-Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
-Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
-Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is Connected.
-Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
WARNING – BATTERY LEAKAGE
Leakage of ingredients contained within the battery pack, or the combustion products of the ingredients, can cause personal injury as well as damage to a game controller, avoiding contact with skin. If contact occurs, immediately wash thoroughly with soap and water. If liquid leaking from a battery pack comes into contact with your eyes, immediately flush thoroughly with water and see a doctor.
To avoid battery leakage:
- Do not expose the battery to excessive physical shock, vibration, or liquids.
- Do not disassemble, attempt to repair, or deform the battery.
- Do not dispose of the battery pack in a fire.
- Do not touch the terminals of the battery or cause a short between the terminals with a metal object.
- Do not peel or damage the battery label.
- Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
- Do not mix up old and new batteries.
- Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
- Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the equipment and disposed of.
2-YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Coverage and Terms
- PDP warrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the original date of purchase.
Manufacturing defects are those defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to final determination by PDP’s customer service department. This
warranty applies only to original purchasers with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized PDP retailer that clearly shows the date of purchase.
Exclusive Remedy and Exclusions
- The exclusive remedy for valid claims will be the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. This warranty does
not cover defects caused by accidents, improper or abusive use of the product, unauthorized or improper modifications, repairs, or handling.

Your Rights Under Applicable Law
- This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state, provincial, or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
Additional Information for Australian Consumers
- PDP products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits given to you under our express warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws.
