Product Usage Instructions

  1. Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the operating voltage specified on the rating plate.
  2. Ensure that the soldering tip is in a fixed position and the screw is tightened.
  3. Before using the soldering iron, read the instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
  4. Dispose of unnecessary packaging material or store it in a place that is inaccessible to children to avoid suffocation risks.

Instructions for use

  1. Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the operating voltage specified on the rating plate.
  2. Make sure the soldering tip is in a fixed position and the screw is tightened.
  3. Connect the soldering iron to the mains and place it on the original stand supplied.
  4. Turn on the soldering iron by setting the switch to the “I” position.
  5. Wait for the soldering iron to heat up to its working temperature.
  6. The surfaces of the connection points must be clean. Use an appropriate flux.
  7. “Tin” the tip by coating the heated tip with solder.
  8. Heat the connection points, not the solder.
  9. Apply enough solder to the heated parts.
  10. Allow the solder joint to cool down undisturbed.
  11. Turn off the soldering iron by setting the switch to the “0” position.
  12. Unplug the soldering iron and let the iron cool down on the stand.

Cleaning

  •  Clean the soldering iron with a slightly damp cloth. If necessary, use some washing-up liquid as well. Do not immerse the soldering iron in liquids.
  •  Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives to avoid damaging the surfaces.
