Check for suction at the motor duct

Remove dirt container & filter

Plug in & turn on
-
Place hand over grille opening on the bottom

If no suction here, visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us

Check Filter
- Dirty filters can cause low suction and/or blowing dust
- Empty dirt container
- Remove debris from filter and clean by shaking over waste container
- The filter can be washed with mild soap and warm water
- Allow filter to completely dry before using (24 – 48 hours)
- If filter is ripped/damaged, it should be replaced
- Filter must be properly secured to the filter frame to prevent blowing dust
- Line up the curved tabs of the filter frame with those on the filter
- Push together to secure
- If still no suction or blowing dust, please visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
