Product Information

The Rolling Tarp for Trailers is a device designed to cover and secure loads on trailers. It is available with the following specifications:

  The load capacity can go up to 400 kg for fine-grained materials. It is important to ensure that no material is stuck between the bed surface and the tarp and that the tarp can slide easily on the surface of the bed.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Attach the crank to the device and secure it with the rotary toggle.
2. Before moving the vehicle or trailer in traffic, remove and stow the shaft with the clamp bearings on the loading area. Ensure that no parts of the shaft or crank protrude laterally over the loading area when driving on public roads.
3. Observe the traffic rules and regulations for securing loads that apply in your country.

Montage

• Slide the bearings onto the shaft ends and screw the shaft together. (Attention: Left Hand Threads) Remove the protective film from the adhesive on the tarpaulin and attach the tarpaulin to the shaft.
• Attach the tarpaulin to the side walls area with the screw clamps as shown.
• Secure the shaft in the bearings with the grub screws.
• Attach the crank and secure it with the rotary toggle.
