With this scale you have acquired a modern, highly technical measuring instrument. CAS scales are designed and manufactured under strict quality control to guarantee you the best performance, reliability and durability. This manual will help you to get the maximum benefit from your CAS scale. Please read it carefully before use and keep it handy during subsequent use to find quick solutions to problems.

NOTES ON COMMISSIONING AND INSTALLATION

Make sure you use the correct mains voltage. To obtain optimum performance, switch on the scale 30 minutes before starting work to warm it up.

Do not disassemble the scale! When any damage or defect occurs, contact  your CAS authorized dealer immediately for proper repair.CAS PR-II PR-II Price
Computing Scale - assemble 1Do not overload beyond the maximum weight limit. Scale must be grounded to minimize electricity static. This will minimize defect or electric shock. CAS PR-II PR-II Price
Computing Scale - assemble 3Do not pull by its cord when unplugging. Damaged cord could cause electric shock or fire.

To prevent from fire occurring, do not place or use the scale near flammable or corrosive gas.CAS PR-II PR-II Price Computing Scale - assemble
5To reduce electric shock or incorrect reading, do not spill water on the scale or place it in human condition. CAS PR-II

BASIC OPERATIONS

■ Turn on

  • Turn on the [ON/OFF] switch (below the scale) Then, the display will show all the segments and count up „9 “ to „0 “.
  • Once the weight is stable, the „ “ is displayed.

■ Zero tracking (manual)
During operation, deviations in the zero position may occur due to various influences such as temperature fluctuations or similar. By pressing the key, the current load is adopted as the zero position.
■ Simple weighing

  1. Place the goods on the platform. The weight is displayed at the top left.

BATTERY MAINTANCE

■ Low battery warning

  • This product is a combination product dry battery and rechargeable battery.
  • When the battery is low the display shows the „bAt-Lo„ sign. You need to replace the battery with a new one. If you use a rechargeable battery, please charge it immediately, otherwise you can shorten the life of the battery. If you still use the scale without replacing the battery the scale may provide incorrect result on measurement.
  • If the display shows „Err b“, the battery must be changed or charged, otherwise incorrect weighing results may be delivered.

ERROR MASSAGE

Display Description Solution
Z-Err The „Z-Err“ occurs when a current zero point has
shifted from the last span calibration. Please call your CAS dealer.
Err 3 The Err 3 („oL“) is an overload error. Please remove the weight.
Err b The Err b („bAt-Lo“) is battery low Please change new battery. If

rechargeable battery, please charge immediately.
