Welcome Guide

Before getting started, ensure the package contains the following components, If any parts are missing, please contact customer service.

Intended Use

• This product is intended to be used as a water source for pets. This product is suitable for household use only. It is not suitable for commercial use.
• This product is intended to be used in dry indoor areas only.
• No liability will be accepted for damage(s) resulting from improper use or non-compliance with these instructions.

Before First Use

• Carefully remove all packaging materials and retain for future use.
• Check for transport damages.
• Clean the product. Take out the filter element, clean it under running water, and soak it for ten minutes(a little activated carbon powder is normal).
• Before connecting the product to the power supply, check that the power supply voltage and current rating corresponds with the power supply detailsshown on the rating label.

DANGER Risk of suffocation! Keep any packaging materials away from children- these materials are a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

USER INSTRUCTIONS

1. Take out a piece of filter and soak it in normal temperature water for 10 minutes before use. This will be better more for filtration. This step is required every time you use a new filter. (It is normal that some small amount of black powder and particles attached to the filter.)
2. Place the soaked filter into the filter tray, the black side need to be placed face down.
3. Install the filter tray under the water tank cover.
4. Connect the faucet to the water storage cover.
5. Install the water pump at the specified positionn in the water tank, and press the power cord into the storage slot.
6. Add water to the tank, the water level must lie
7. Align the water outlet of the pump and cover between the MIN and MAX the water storage cap. indicator.
8. Power on after installation. The adapter is not included in the package.)

Note: Please do not remove the tube of the pump during installation. If the pump does not come with a tube in your parcel, please contact us via email.

SUBMERSIBLE CLEANING METHOD

1. The overall structure of the pump.
2. Use your nails to enter the water panel and pull it out.
3. Take out the cover inside the motor cavity.
4. Use the tweezers orscissors to take out the rotor inside the motor cavity,and clean all parts.

Operation

Turning the product on/off

• Risk of electric shock! Always unplug the product when not in use.
• Risk of damage! Do not turn on the product with an empty water container.
• Place the product on a stable, flat, water-resistant ground.
• To turn on the product, plug the power adapter into an appropriate mains socket.
• To turn off, unplug the power adapter from the mains socket.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Risk of electric shock! During cleaning do not immerse the power adapter in water or other liquids. Never hold the power adapter under running water.
• Risk of electric shock! Always unplug the product when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
• Risk of electric shock! Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive materials or sharp utensils to clean the product.
• Risk of deformation! Dishwasher is not recommended.
• Risk of illness! Please wash it directly under running water and do not use soap or other detergent. Detergent residue may hurt your pet’s health.
• Please do not add hot water, the water temperature should be 0~40℃/32~104ºF.

Cleaning cycle

• Clean the water container and accessories before first use.
• Cleaning the pump is essential to the longevity of the fountain. Please clean the pump every week.
• Clean the water container every two weeks, increasing the frequency according to the animal’s habits and the quality of the water.
• Clean every new (first use) filter under running water and soak it for 10 minutes.
• Clean the filter once a week. Replace the filter every 2 months. Increase frequency when multiple animals shared.

Cleaning the product

• Rinse all parts, except the power adapter.
• Dry the product after cleaning.

Storage

• Store in a cool and dry place away from children and pets
• Avoid any vibrations and shocks

Questions & Answers

• Q: What if the product does not work and there is no water come out?
  A: Please check if the water in the water container reaches the minimum water level.

• Q: The water container has water, it is connected normally, but no water is pumped out?
  A: Please check if the adapter plug is damaged. If you still can’t resolve the problem by replacing the adapter, please contact customer service.

• Q: Why is the pump noisy after using for a while?
  A: Please check if the water level of the pet water fountain is higher than the pump. Because if the water level is lower than the pump, the pump may make noise. Please add water to the position above the pump to solve this problem.

Please read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use. If this product is passed to a third party, then these instructions manual must be included. When using electrical products, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons including the following:

• To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children.
• Only use accessories recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
• Do not use outdoors. For indoor use only.
• Do not unplug by pulling on the cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
• Do not operate any product with a damaged cord or plug, or after the product malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Immediately call your country’s customer care centre for further instructions.
• To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not place or store the power adapter nearby a tub or sink.
• Always unplug any product when not in use before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
• Please protect your pet from chewing power cords.
