Assembly Instruction

  1. Switch OFF
    Switch On Off

  2. Add Safety hook provided via heatsink and upper chain

  3. Chain Mounting : Suspension chain to be supplied by installer

  4. Use a suitable IP rated junction box (not supplied)

FOR 60 DEGREE LENS OPTION (EN-HBD60A & EN-HBD60B) OR 90 DEGREE LENS OPTION (EN HBD90A & EN HBD90B)

  1. Degree Line Option

  2. Remove current lens from the fitting
    CAUTION: To maintain IP65 rating please transfer the IP rated gasket from the existing lens to the new lens.
    Remove current lens from the fitting

  3. Replace current lens with:

    • EN-HBD60A
    • EN-HBD90A (For EN-HBD100MS,
    • EN-HBD150MS)
    • EN-HBD60B
    • EN-HBD90B (For EN-HBD200MS)
  • Installation should be carried out in accordance with the latest edition of the National Wiring Regulations by a qualified electrician.
  • Input voltage – 100-240V 50/60Hz.
  • Caution: Do not stare directly into the LEDs in operation. These are high power LED Highbay Lights and may be harmful to eyes.
  • Warning: This product is heavy and must have suitable fixings.
  • Class I, mains voltage, These luminaires must be earthed.
  • These highbays must be disconnected before insulation resistance testing of the lighting circuit.
  • Brown – (L) Live, Blue – (N) Neutral, Green/Yellow – e Earth.
  • Please Note: May not be compatible with PIR’s. Please contact sales office for compatibility.
  • The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable: when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
  • If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
  • This product contains a light source of energy efficiency class E.

MICROWAVE SENSOR REMOTE INFORMATION:
Remote Function
NOTE:

  • 2x AAA required (not included).
  • Setup for lights must be made individually, in some cirumstances however multiple lightsensors may be activated at once.
  • Light will flicker when setting each parameter using the remote.

ON/OFF

  • “ON/OFF” functions as a light switch.
  • If pressed to turn off the lamp before mains power is cut, the lamp will turn off shortly after power is switched ON again.

AUTO MODE

  • Press “Auto Mode”, the sensor will work and all settings will be set to the state the light had before it was switched ON/OFF

RESET

  • Press “Reset” to return the light to its initial settings. Max brightness, 100% detection range, hold time 5s, stand by-period 0s, daylight sensor disabled

BRIGHTNESS + –

  • Adjusts brightness 10-100% when in ON/OFF mode.
  • Adjusts the maximum brightness between 50-100% in sensor mode.

START

  • Press “Start” to customise the scene, users can change all settings below (Detection range, Hold time, Stand-by dimming lavel, Stand-by period, Daylight sensor).
  • Settings should be done in 30s.

Memory

  • Press “Memory” to save the current customised scene.
  • The settings will remain even if the light is switched ON/OFF, unless the light is reset.

Apply

  • Press “Apply” to recall the saved setting. The light will function with the settings you have saved with the “Memory” button.

  • If your setting has not been saved with the “Memory” button, the settings you have customised will only be a one time operation. The light will return to default after swithing ON/OFF.

  • Detection Area Icon Detection area – Press to define the detection area of the sensor (100% / 75% / 50% / 25%)

  • Clock Icon Hold time – Press to define the hold time of the light once the sensor is activated (5s / 30s / 1min / 5min / 10min / 20min / 30min)

  • Light Icon Stand-by dimming level – Press to define the dimming level of the light when in stand-by mode (10% / 20% / 30% / 40% / 50%)

  • Clock Icon Stand-by period – Press to define the time period of the light when in stand-by mode (0s / 10s / 30s / 1min / 5min / 10min / 30min / +∞) Note: “0s” means no stand-by period, “+∞” means unlimited stand-by period.

  • Day Light Daylight sensor – Press to define daylight level necessary to activate light (2lux / 10lux / 30lux / 50lux / 80lux / 120lux / disable)
    Note: Disable means light will be turned on once sensor detects movement, regardless of the ambient lux.

  • TEST (2s)
    Press “Test (2s)” to put the sensor into test mode, this is for testing after commissioning.

RESETTING ALL PARAMETERS (ONE-TIME)

  1. Press “ON/OFF” to turn on the light.
  2. Press either any of “Auto Mode”, “Reset”, “Test” or “Apply” to activate the sensor.
  3. Press the following buttons in sequence one after the other: “Detection range”, “Hold time”, “Stand-by dimming level”, “Stand-by period”, “Daylight sensor”

RESETTING ALL PARAMETERS (MEMORY & APPLY)

  1. Press “ON/OFF” to turn on the light.
  2. Press “Start” to activate the sensor.
  3. Press the following buttons in sequence one after the other: “Detection range”, “Hold time”, “Stand-by dimming level”, “Stand-by period”, “Daylight sensor”.
  4. Press “Memory” to memorize the settings.
  5. To reset other lights in the array, turn them on with the “ON/OFF” button and press “Apply”

Aurora does not levy any WEEE disposal charges to its customers for affected WEEE related products. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, please separate any such product from other waste types and recycle it responsibly at your local facilities. Check with your Local Authority, Recycling Centre or retailer for recycling advice. If, when you purchased any Aurora product, your supplier included a WEEE disposal fee, you should then contact your supplier for advice on his take back of the product for the correct disposal.

GUARANTEE
This product is guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. The guarantee is invalid in the case of improper use, installation, tampering,and removal of the Q.C. date label, installation in an improper working  environment or installation not according to the current edition of the National Wiring Regulations. Should this product fail during the guarantee period it will be replaced free of charge, subject to correct installation and return of the faulty unit. Aurora does not accept responsibility for any installation costs associated with the replacement of this product. This warranty is in addition to the statutory rights in your country of purchase. Aurora reserves the right to alter specifications without prior notice.
