Product Usage Instructions
Soldering Iron Ignition and Extinguishing
- Make sure the exhaust vent is facing upward.
- Turn on the gas button.
- Press the safety lock button and use your thumb of the free hand to pull down the ignition button at the same time to ignite the soldering iron.
- Release the ignition button forward to turn off the soldering iron.
Flame Adjustment
Move the adjustment lever on the side toward “+ ” to increase the flame
strength or “- ” to decrease the temperature.
Hot Blower
Unscrew the tip from the end of the soldering iron (you should see a grid
surface) so that the device functions as a heat blower. The operation will be
the same as above for the soldering iron.
Pencil Torch (Jet Function)
Unscrew the retaining ring, then remove the tip unit from the hot air
blower head and put only the hot air blower head back on the device, so the
device functions as a device with a jet lance. Do not use the flame-off
button.
Refilling Gas Tank
Warning! The product is solely used with propane-butane gas refilling.
- Turn off the soldering iron and make sure the flame is completely extinguished and the gas is not leaking.
- Wait until the soldering iron temperature cools down naturally before refilling the gas.
- Hold the soldering iron in an upside-down position.
- Insert and press down the butane canister nozzle into the soldering iron refilling valve.
- Stop refilling once the gas starts to overflow. The soldering iron should never be completely filled as overfilling will cause the flame to spit.
- Please allow a few minutes for the gas to stabilize before operation.

- Ignite the soldering iron away from the face, hand, clothing, or combustible materials.
- Contains flammable gas under pressure. Never expose the soldering iron to heat.
- Do not disassemble the unit on your own.

- Never operate the soldering iron in a closed container holding combustible vapors, flammable liquids, or explosive materials.
