Product Information
The GuardianTM app is a companion app for the GuardianTM 4 smart Continuous
Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system. It provides users with real-time glucose
monitoring and trends to help manage their diabetes effectively. The app is
compatible with various iOS and Android devices, allowing users to access
their glucose data conveniently.

Product Usage Instructions
To use the GuardianTM app with your GuardianTM 4 smart CGM system, follow these steps:
- Ensure your smartphone or tablet meets the compatibility requirements mentioned in the Official Compatibility Guide.
- Download and install the GuardianTM app from the respective app store for your device (App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android).
- Launch the GuardianTM app on your device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in if you already have one.
- Pair your GuardianTM 4 smart CGM system with the app by following the device-specific pairing instructions provided with your CGM system.
- Once paired, the GuardianTM app will display real-time glucose readings and trends from your CGM system.
- Use the app’s features and settings to customize alerts, view historical data, and manage your diabetes effectively.
- Regularly check for app updates to ensure you have the latest features and improvements.
Note: If you own a Samsung, Xiaomi, Sony, LG, or Huawei device that is not listed in the Official Compatibility Guide, you can try downloading the GuardianTM app. However, please be aware that full compatibility and functionality cannot be guaranteed as these models have not been fully tested and verified.
