- If using the 70V/100V operation mode, set the transformer knob\ to the desired power level (1.25W, 2.5W, 5W, 10W for CS-6ET and\ CS-8ET; additionally, 15W for CS-8ET).
- If using the low impedance operation mode, set the transformer knob to the “8 Ohm” position.
- Gently push and secure the speaker into the cutout hole until it is flush with the ceiling.
- Attach the white flat magnetic grille to the speaker by aligning it with the edges and letting it snap into place.
- Test the speaker by playing audio through the connected audio system.

Package List
Please take an inventory of the package contents to ensure you have all the
items listed below. If anything is missing or damaged, please contact your
distributor for a replacement.
Installation
Cut the speaker hole
Use a stud finder to locate an area that is free of obstructions or studs.
Position the cutout template where you are installing the speaker. Trace the
template to mark out the speaker location with a pencil. Drill a pilot hole
and cut all of the way around the circular outline with a cutting saw.
Set the operation mode
Use the knob located on the backside of the speaker to select operation mode
and tap settings for 70V/100V mode.
Connect speaker cable
Ensure that the amplifier is not connected or turned off before connecting the
speaker cables. Pull the speaker cable out of the hole which you have cut and
connect it to the speaker.
Install the speaker
Set the spring clamps “dog-legs” aside and place the speaker into the ceiling.
Then use the screwdriver and gently tighten the four screws on the front of
the speaker to secure the speaker. Do not apply too much force as this can
break the spring clamps.
Attach the magnetic grille
As several magnets are on the speaker frame, attach the grille to the rim of
the speaker directly. Ensure the grill is attached to the speaker securely to
keep the grille from falling.
Note: Anytime you note distortion, reduce the volume. Never allow your amplifier to be driven into “clipping”. Otherwise, the speakers may be damaged. Damage caused by operating the speakers at distorted volume levels is not covered by the warranty.
