Product Usage Instructions
To use the product, follow these steps:
- Ensure that all assembly hardware provided is included in the package.
- Identify the specific parts needed based on the item numbers and descriptions mentioned in the table above.
- Assemble the Mini Split 12in J-Bar (MS107) using the provided quantity of 4.
- Attach the Mini Split Extension Bar (MS106) to the J-Bar using the provided quantity of 2.
- Connect the Mini Split Long Saddle Arm (MS119) to the Extension Bar using the provided quantity of 2.
- Secure the Mini Split 6×6 Feet (MS105) to the Long Saddle Arm using the provided quantity of 4.
- Use the 1/4-20×1/2in Zinc Hex Bolt (QSR008) and the 1/4in Bonded Washers (QSR015) to fasten all components securely.
- Attach the Mini Split Rubber Foot (QSR042) to provide stability.
- Make sure to follow the Third Angle Projection and/or Seismic Load instructions provided by the installer to tether and bolt the units to withstand wind and other forces.
