Product Information
- The soup warmer is designed to keep food warm, not cook soups or sauces.
- It is not suitable for rethermalizing cold or frozen products.
- The temperature control dial allows you to adjust the heat setting between 30-85 degrees.
- The unit has an indicator light that glows when it is turned on.
- Always keep the hinged lid attached and closed when not serving.
- Regular cleaning will help prolong the soup kettle’s life and preserve its appearance.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water.
- The maximum water level should not exceed the MAX mark between the aluminum container and the stainless steel container.

Product Usage Instructions
Assembly:
- Carefully unpack the soup kettle warmer and inspect it for damage.
- Place the warmer on a solid, level surface.
- Add water between the aluminum container and the stainless steel container. Ensure that the water level does not exceed the maximum water level (MAX).
- Attach the lid over the top rim.
- Insert the food liner through the top rim and into the container.
- Set the control dial to the maximum heat setting (between 30-85 degrees).
Operation
- Turn the warmer on. The indicator light will glow, indicating that the unit is on.
- Adjust the temperature control dial to the desired heat setting.
- Once the kettle has reached the desired temperature, adjust the temperature control dial to a lower setting that maintains food-safe serving temperatures.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always unplug the kettle when not in use, when filling, or when cleaning.
- Spilled food should be immediately removed from painted exterior surfaces and the top collar using a damp soapy cloth.
- Do not use harsh or abrasive chemicals or scouring agents for cleaning.
- Regularly check the water level by periodically removing the food container. Add hot water when necessary.

- Do not overfill the appliance with water.
- Never move or carry the kettle when it is “ON” or if it is full of hot liquids.

- Be careful not to touch any hot surfaces. Make sure the power cord does not come in contact with any hot surfaces.
Operation
- Carefully unpack the soup kettle warmer and inspect it for damage.

- Please add water between the aluminum container and the stainless steel container, the water should not exceed the maximum water level “MAX”. Never over-fill with water.
- Attach the lid over the top rim. Insert food liner thru the top rim and into the container. Set the control dial to the maximum heat setting. (Temperature range between 30-85℃).
- Turn the warmer on. The indicator light will glow, showing that the unit is on. Adjust the temperature control dial to the correct setting.
- Once the kettle has reached the desired temperature, adjust the temperature control dial to a lower setting. It is recommended that the lowest possible setting that maintains food-safe serving temperatures be used.
- Always keep the hinged lid attached and closed when not serving.
- Periodically remove the food container to check water level. Add hot water when necessary
