The G4 TE 7.1 Surround Sound USB Gaming Headset by Edifier is a high-quality gaming headset designed for an immersive audio experience. It features a light switch, indicator light, microphone switch, and volume control for convenient usage. The headset comes with a detachable microphone that can be locked or unlocked by rotating it clockwise or counterclockwise. The headset is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 systems.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Visit the EDIFIER home page website at www.edifier.com.
2. Download the software for G4 TE by finding the setup.exe file on the website.
3. Install the EDIFIER software on your computer.
4. Follow the instructions provided during the installation process.

Please note the following precautions:

• Do not use the product during intense exercise or with excessive sweat to prevent damage from sweat droplets.
• Avoid exposing the product to high temperatures as it may shorten the service life of electronic components, damage the battery, and deform plastic components.
• Do not disassemble the product to prevent damage to the internal circuit.
• Avoid using harsh cleaning agents on the product to clean it.
• Avoid any impact or rough handling that may damage the product’s shell and affect its appearance.

Product Description

• When inserting, keep the microphone plug and headset in the same vertical direction.
• Rotate the microphone clockwise by 90 degrees to lock it; And rotate the microphone counter-clockwise by 90 degrees to unplug it.

Installation of the Sound Effect Adjustment Software

1. Please log in EDIFIER home page website: www.edifier.com to download software of G4 TE, find the “setup.exe” file, and install the EDIFIER software (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 & Windows 10 systems supported).
2. Please follow the instructions to complete the installation.

Maintenance

• Keep the product away from humid places to avoid affecting internal circuit. Do not use the product during intense exercise or with much sweat to prevent sweat from dropping into the product to make damage.
• Do not put the product in places exposed to sun or with high temperature. High temperature will shorten service life of electronic components, damage battery and make plastic components deformed.
• Do not put the product in cold places to avoid damaging internal circuit board.
• Do not dismantle the product. Non-professional personnel may damage the product.
• Do not drop, strongly vibrate, strike the product with hard object to avoid damaging internal circuit.
• Do not use drastic chemicals or cleaner to clean the product.
• Do not use sharp objects to scratch product surface to avoid damaging shell and affecting facade.
