• To open the door lock, PRESS the registered fingerprint on the front handle sensor, or enter the password followed by # or keep the card close to the lock pad.

DON’Ts

• DON’T use corrosive material to clean the surface.
• DON’T enter wrong pass keys multiple times.
• After prolonged gap in usage, waking up the lock will take 3 seconds or more. Please be patient and DON’T enter multiple commands back to back.
• DON’T use any batteries other than AA type.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

PRE-INSTALLATION

• Prior to installation, the lock MUST be properly chosen based on the direction that the door will open.
• The door MUST remain partially open during installation till commissioning is finished.
• To prevent injuring the connection wire when installing the screw, please ALITE from the screw hole when mounting the rear panel and make sure that the connection wire does not obstruct the
• connection column hole.
• Replace the connection wire or enlarge the door’s internal hole to create enough room for the connection wire if it is blocking the connection column hole.
• After the mechanical key, card, fingerprint, password (1234567890), and app setup have all been successfully installed. Verify the front and back handles’ ability to lock and unlock normally.
• Note : In case of unsuccessful administrator identification, the system will play a voice prompt saying “input error.” Upon successful recognition, it will seamlessly transition into the main menu. To exit, press the designated key, and for specific sub-menu access, input the corresponding number.

APP SETUP

• Download the “Hogar SE ” application at App Store or Google Play Store.
• Enter the Register/Login interface.
• Tap “Register” to create an account.
• Select Country.
• Enter your email ID.
• Check “I agree to User Agreement & Privacy Policy” (Please review the terms and conditions).
• Click on “Get Verification Code”
• Enter the Verification code received in your email. and “set password”
• Click ‘Done’.
• Create a Location & click on save.

CONFIGURATION

MANAGEMENT SETTINGS MODE :

• To activate the device, simply touch the keypad. Press the “*” and “#” keys sequentially, or perform a brief press on the reset button located behind the door to access the management settings.
• During the installation process, the system will automatically prompt entry into the administrator password registration menu, where the fixed number is set to 001.
• To register, please follow the fingerprint, password, or proximity card registration process. If the administrator has already been registered, the system will prompt “Please authorize.”
• Note : In case of unsuccessful administrator identification, the system will play a voice prompt saying “input error.” Upon successful recognition, it will seamlessly transition into the main menu. To exit, press the designated key, and for specific sub-menu access, input the corresponding number.

MANAGEMENT SETTINGS MENU:

Note: All operations are voice operated.

• ADD USER:
  Enter to add an administrator, the voice will play “Please enter fingerprint, password, card”, according to the user press the finger, enter the password or swipe the card to determine whether to add a fingerprint, password or proximity card.

• ADD ADMINISTRATOR:
  Enter to add an administrator, the voice will play “Please enter fingerprint, password, card”, according to the user press the finger, enter the password or swipe the card to determine whether to add a fingerprint, password or proximity card. Other operation procedures are the same as 4.3 add users.

• DELETE USER:
  Enter to delete the user, and the voice will play “delete by number press 1, verify to delete press 2, press *to exit”.

  • Delete by number press 1, voice play “ Please enter number” and enter the user  number, press # to confirm. If the deletion is successful, the voice will play “Administrator ?User XXX Deleted Successfully”. You can continue to enter the number to delete or press * to return to the previous menu.
  • Verify to delete press 2, user could be deleted by pressing finger, enter password or card to delete.
  • If the fingerprint, password and proximity card are not registered, the voice plays “No user, no card” to skip to the previous step.

• SYSTEM MANAGEMENT:
  Enter the system management, and the voice play “passageway press 1, anti-pry detection press 2, time setting press 3, restore factory setting press 4, language and volume setting press 5, network configuration press 6, press * to exit”.

• Passageway setting: voice play “enable passageway press 1, disable passageway press 2, press * to exit”.

• Anti-pry detection: voice play “enable anti-pry detection press 1, disable anti-pry detection press 2, press * to exit”.

• Time setting: Input “YY#MM#DD#HH#MM#SS#” to set time.

• Restore factory setting, press # to confirm and press * to exit.

• Language & volume setting: Language press1, volume setting press 2.

• Network configuration: smart configuration press 1, access point press 2 version upgrade press 3, press * to exit.

• Note When the recognition rate decreased, the corresponding fingerprint can be re-entered.

IN COMMON MODE:

• PASSWORD UNLOCK

  • Enter the added password, press# to confirm, password verification success voice prompt “press the handle to open the door”.
  • Press down the handle to unlock.
  • Note : You can add any dummy password before or after the user password, and the length including the dummy password should not exceed 30 digits, which comletely eliminates the risk of password leakage.

• FINGERPRINT UNLOCK

  •  The added fingerprint has been placed on the fingerprint sensor in the correct way, the fingerprint verification success voice prompt “please press the handle to open the door”.
  • Press down the handle to unlock.

• SWIPE TO UNLOCK

  • Put the added proximity card close to or paste it on the keypad area, and the proximity card verification is successful and the voice prompt” please press the handle to open the door”.
  • Press down the handle to unlock.

• MECHANICAL KEY :

  • MECHANICAL KEY UNLOCK
  • In case of emergency, such as forgetting the password, running out of battery power or system inoperability, a spare mechanical key can be used.
  • Rotate the outer body keyhole cover to see the keyhole.
  • Insert the key into keyhole.
  • Turn the key and press down handle to unlock.

• USB EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY
  When the battery is exhausted and there is no key, you can connect an external power bank or 5V1A power supply for emergency, and open the door according to the normal operation steps. Please replace the battery in time after the emergency unlock.

• OUTSIDE LOCK :

• Up-lifting the handle to lock the door from outside.

• INSIDE LOCK :
  Unlock the inner body anti-peep hole by pressing the designated button.

• DOOR INSIDE THE SAFETY KNOB
  Rotate the button to activate or deactivate the function, ensuring the prevention of accidental unlocking by children or pets. In this state, the door cannot be opened conventionally from the outside and requires unlocking from the inside.

• BATTERY LEVEL DETECTION:

• When the battery voltage ranges between 4.5V and 4.8V, it is recognized normally, accompanied by a voice prompt before each unlocking attempt stating “Low Battery, Please Replace.” If the battery drops below 4.5V, the touch keypad, when awakened, will produce 5 beeps, and the door will remain locked without unlocking.
  Note: Atrio W+ is compatible with AA batteries, and it operates effectively with the use of four batteries.

• ANTI PEEK HOLE DETECTION:
  Slide the button to the right to activate the anti-peek hole function (preventing door opening by pushing down the handle). Slide the button to the left to disable the anti-peek hole function (allowing door opening by pushing down the handle).

• NET PAIRING:

  • Input
    *# on the lock keypad to access the system settings with administrator authorization.

  • Follow
    the voice prompts and press 6 to enter network pairing. Press 1 for smart configuration and press 3 for version upgrade.

  • Open
    the Hogar SE app, choose “device,” and enter the WiFi name and password. Press “Next” to initiate the pairing process.

  • Confirm
    when the indicator is rapidly blinking and press “Next.” Allow time for network distribution. Once successfully paired, the device will be displayed on the app.

• RESET
  To initiate a factory reset, confirm by pressing “#,” and exit the process by pressing “*.”
