Basic functional operation

  1. When the treadmill is powered on, short press the start key on the remote control, and the treadmill reverses and starts running
  2. When the treadmill is running, press the stop key on the remote control to slow the treadmill slow down until the belt completely stops
  3. When the treadmill is running, press the speed button on the remote control to accelerate slowly, and press this button to accelerate quickly.
  4. When the treadmill is running, short press the speed reduction key on the remote control to slow down slowly, and press this key long to slow down quickly.
