Basic functional operation
- When the treadmill is powered on, short press the start key on the remote control, and the treadmill reverses and starts running
- When the treadmill is running, press the stop key on the remote control to slow the treadmill slow down until the belt completely stops
- When the treadmill is running, press the speed button on the remote control to accelerate slowly, and press this button to accelerate quickly.
- When the treadmill is running, short press the speed reduction key on the remote control to slow down slowly, and press this key long to slow down quickly.
