Product Information

The Baby Lock Sewing Accessories Metal Roller Foot (BLSO-RF) is a highly efficient foot designed to control difficult-to-feed materials such as silk, leather, velvet, vinyl, microfibers, and suede. It features metal rollers that allow the foot to move freely across various fabric thicknesses without causing any damage or impressions.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Remove the standard presser foot from your sewing machine.
  2. Attach the Baby Lock Metal Roller Foot to your sewing machine.
  3. Select the desired stitch type. The roller foot is commonly used with straight stitches or zigzag stitches. However, decorative stitches can also be used as long as you narrow the stitches and check the needle clearance before stitching.
  4. If you are working with very thin or very heavy fabrics, check the pressure of the presser foot and adjust it if necessary. The metal rollers of the roller foot provide better control by keeping the fabric tightly pressed against the feed dogs. This prevents slippery fabrics like silk or other fabrics like leather, velvet, vinyl, and elastic from feeding improperly.
  5. Start sewing, and you will notice that the rollers of the foot allow it to move freely across the fabric, even when there are variations in thickness.
