Product Usage Instructions

To assemble and install the TET6GB Series toilet system, follow these steps:

1. Start by installing the top cover (THP3520#CP) or the top cover for IoT Flush Valve (THP3557#CP) onto the toilet tank.
2. Use the screw with the wrench set (THP3521) to secure the exposed parts of the toilet system.
3. If needed, use the extension harness (THP3522) to extend the wiring connections.
4. Attach the sensor unit (THP3523) to the bracket (THP3206) using the provided screw.
5. Install the glass sensor window (THP3207) on the exposed part of the toilet system.
6. Connect the controller unit (THP3526 THP3554) to the toilet system, either for a 1.6gpf or IoT Flush Valve.
7. Secure the controller unit using the screw (THP3208).
8. Use the appropriate screws (THP3192 and THP3527) to attach the cover and valve components.
9. Install the lower cover (THP3528#CP) and secure it in place.
10. Attach the solenoid unit and diaphragm assembly (THP3190R) to the toilet system.
11. If needed, use the clamp set (TH559EDV517) to secure any loose parts.
12. Install the valve assembly (THP3531), valve cap assembly (THP3532), and O-ring (THP3533) on the exposed part of the toilet system.
13. Use the U-packing (TH305SV103) and piston assembly (TH323V104R) to complete the valve mechanism.
14. Ensure proper sealing by using the seat packing set (THP3534).
15. Use O-ring (THP3013) and push button assembly (TH559EDV506) for additional functionality, if applicable.
16. If applicable, install the ECOPOWER generator (TH559EDV503) and secure it with the provided screw (TH559EDV505).
17. Connect the tailpiece (TH305SV114) and secure it with the nut (TH305SV113).
18. Use the locking ring set (TH305SV105) and O-ring (TH305SV106) to ensure proper connections.
19. Finally, install the lower cover (THP3535#CP) and secure it in place.
20. If necessary, install the back-up battery (THP3053) and use the O-ring (THP3242) and screw (THP3536) to secure the cover.
21. For IoT functionality, connect the IoT wire harness (THP3515) and IoT top unit (THP3551#CP) according to the provided instructions.
