MOUNTING BRACKET INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Forney 4.5CFM Air Compressor (ITEM# 555)
& Forney 40 P Plasma Cutter (ITEM# 440)

PREPARING YOUR FORNEY 4.5CFM AIR COMPRESSOR
Step 1- Locate the threaded holes on the side of the plasma cutter mounting rack.
Step 2- Using the provided hardware: Screws (x4), lock-washers (x4), and washers (x4), install the plasma cutter mounting brackets on each side of the compressor.
Helpful Tip: To make the final step of the installation easier, do not
tighten the screws all the way down until the plasma cutter is mounted onto
the compressor.

MOUNTING YOUR FORNEY 40 P PLASMA CUTTER
Step 1- Locate the mounting holes on the legs of the Forney 40 P Plasma
Cutter. Align these holes with the upper mounting holes on the plasma cutter
mounting brackets.
Step 2 – Using the provided hardware: Screws (x4), lock-washers (x4), washers (x8), nuts (x4), bolt the Forney 40 P Plasma Cutter to the mounting brackets.
