Charging

Before using your SoundBound “SoundBound Wing” In-Ear True Wireless Sport Stereo Earbuds, please charge using the included USB cable for 1-1.5 Hours. Please note: Most USB chargers are compatible with SoundBound “SoundBound Wing” In-Ear True Wireless Sport Stereo Earbuds. For optimal AC charging, please use a 1.0A USB.

Charging Instructions:
Plug in the Micro USB Cable into the charge port of the Charge Case. The LED Indicator Lights will illuminate indicating charging. If the earbuds are charging a red led light will illuminate on the earbuds. The red LED light will turn off automatically once the earbuds are fully charged. The charging case may continue to charge & reflect LED Lights blink until the charging case is fully powered & charged.

Charging Case & Charging LED Indicators

  • A white LED light will illuminate the case is charging the earbuds.
  • A red LED flashing light will illuminate the earbuds when the Micro-USB cable is plugged into the charging case
  • The lights on the earbud will illuminate solid blue when fully charged & in the charging case for about one minute. After a minute the light will turn off.

On/Off & Pairing Instructions

  • First- Lift the Charging Case Cover & press the button on the charge box.
  • Next- Put the Earbuds back inside the charging case. Then proceed to take it out. The Earbuds will Power on automatically when removed from the charging case.
  • The Earbud LED indicators will light up Blue at first indicating they are paired together & a voice prompt will announce “Connected” (Please note- this will happen when both earbuds are removed from the charging case).
  • Next -The left earbud will flash blue/red intermittently indicating the earbuds are ready for pairing. A voice prompt will also announce “Pairing” from the left-sided earbud.
  • The earbuds will automatically search for a wireless device to pair with.
  • Please ensure the Wireless connection on your wireless device is turned on so that the earbuds can connect. (To turn on Wireless on your wireless device- please locate the Wireless Menu on your wireless device generally found in the “Settings” menu & ensure “Wireless” is powered on).
  • Within the Wireless menu, you can manually select the earbuds under the ID name “SoundBound Wing” Note- The Earbuds need to be in pairing mode flashing Blue/Red simultaneously to connect as described above.
  • Once connected to your mobile device a voice prompt will sound from the left earbud stating “Connected.” On your mobile device, a headset icon should appear in the top right corner near your battery meter (on an iOS device).

Please note:
The “SoundBound Wing” Ear Buds feature a battery consumption feature that will power down the earbuds if left idly for 2 minutes or more to conserve battery power.

  • To power back on, place the earbuds back in the charging case & follow the steps above.
  • In the case that the Charge case is not in hand or if an earbud does not power on, OR only one earbud connects, to power on the other side of the earbuds (or power on both earbuds when not in the charging case) press firmly for about 5 seconds on the “touch point” shown below to Power On. The headset will power on & LED light will flash. A Voice Prompt will also announce “Power-On/ Connected… as described in the pairing process above.
  • To Power down earbuds place the earbuds in the Charge Case, the earbuds will automatically disconnect from your device & power down.
  • If the charging case is not present, press firmly on the “touch-point” of each earbud for 5 seconds. The Earbud voice prompt will announce “Power Off”

Please note:
If turning off the earbuds while the earbuds are paired, when pressing only one side (left or right side of the earbuds), only one side will Power Down. In case the battery voltage is too low, the headset will sound “ow power” & automatically shut down if power is insufficient. If insufficient power is available, the headset will need to be re-charged via a charging case prior to powering back on.

  • The “SoundBound Wing” will automatically re-connect with your mobile device when removed from the charging case (after being paired for the first time using the pairing guide above. Please ensure your wireless device is powered ON & the Wireless connection is powered ON, on your wireless device).
  • The earbuds can be manually re-connected too by selecting the “SoundBound Wing” profile in your Wireless menu (after pairing for the first time). To manually pair follow the steps mentioned above.

Function & Phone Call Operation

  • When the earbuds are powered on & connected to a wireless device, placing & answering phone calls is supported.
    Please note: One side or both sides of the earbuds can be used for phone calls.

  • A short tap one time on the “touch point” shown below of either the left or right earbud will answer calls when there is an incoming call.

  • To redial tap 4 times on the “touch point” on either the left or right earbud.

  • A short 2-second press without releasing your index finger on the same “touch point” on either the left or right earbuds will reject an incoming call.

  • When on the phone call a short tap on the “touch point” on either the left or right earbud once will hang up the phone call.

Volume Function Operation

  • The volume function can be adjusted from your mobile device by using the volume keys on your wireless/mobile device.

Music & Audio Playback Operation

  • Once Earbuds are paired to your wireless device, they are ready for use.
  • Short Tap the “touch point” on either the left or right earbud once to Play or Pause music playback from your playlist.
  • Short Tap the “touch point” again to re-start the audio playback from your playlist when paused.
  • To skip to the next music track, double-press the “touch point” on the right-sided earbud. A “Beep” prompt will sound.
  • To go back to the previous music track double press on the “touch point” (closer to your ear) on the left earbud. A “Beep” prompt will sound.
  • To raise the volume, tap and hold the “touch point” on the right earbud for 2 seconds.
  • To lower the volume, tap and hold the “touch point” on the left earbud for 2 seconds.
  • To activate Siri, tap 3 times on either the left or right earbud.

Safety/Care Instructions

  • Please do not overuse earbuds or place under heavy pressure.
  • Keep away from Water or wet areas
  • Keep away from extremely hot or heated areas
  • Keep away from Wifi Router or other high-frequency transmitting equipment to prevent signal interruption
  • Please use Earbuds up to 10 meters from the connected device with no obstacles to ensure the best sound quality and effect.
  • For use with any Wireless enabled device.
