RADIATOR GUARD INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Using an 8mm T-Handle or Socket, remove the 3 radiator shroud bolts and remove the shroud. (FIG 1)

  2. By pressing inward on the radiator louver tabs, remove the louver from the radiator. (FIG2)

  3. Using a 10mm T-Handle or Socket, remove the 2 radiator mounting bolts. (FIG 3) Set these aside as you will not reuse them.

  4. Take one of the outer mounts labeled (12-3000-03) and line up with the outside of the radiator, the raised edge of the outer mount will face outward. Using two of the provided 6×12 button head bolts, thread it through the louver mounting holes and into
    the outer mount. (FIG 4) Tighten both bolts using a 4mm Allen Wrench. (FIG 5)

  5. Take one of the inner mounts labeled (12-3000-02), with the round cutouts over the rubber grommets of the radiator mounts thread two of the provided 6×30 flange bolts through the inner mount, through the radiator mounts, and into the motorcycles
    frame. (FIG 6) Tighten using an 8mm T-Handle or Socket. (FIG 7)

  6. Line up the front radiator guard grill to the 6 mounting holes, 3 on the inner mount and 3 on the outer mount. The Enduro Engineering Logo should read rightside up. Take 6 of the provided 5×12 Socket Head bolts and thread through the grill into the
    inner and outer mount holes. (FIG 8) Tighten using a 4mm Allen Wrench. (FIG 9)

  7. Re-install the radiator shroud using the same 2 bolts removed from the gas tank in step 1. Use 1 of the provided 6×20 flange bolts for the lower bolt into the radiator guard outer mount. Tighten all three using an 8mm T-Handle or Socket.
