Setting favorite positions
Works with all Neo Remote Controls RC-200 and WS-200 series Version 1.2

Once the open and close limits are set, the motor can store two favorite positions. After setting the favorite positions, hold LEFT or RIGHT button for 2 seconds to send the motor to the favorite position 1 or 2.
Setting favorite position
- Use OPEN, STOP and CLOSE buttons to go to the desired favorite position 1.
- Press the SET+ LEFT buttons at the same time. The motor will move to confirm that the favorite position 1 was saved.
Setting favorite position 2
- Use OPEN, STOP and CLOSE buttons to go to the desired favorite position 2.
- Press the SET+ RIGHT buttons at the same time. The motor will move to confirm that the favorite position 2 was saved.
Using the mobile apps
- Neo Smart Blinds: Download the app to your mobile device by searching Neo Smart Blinds on Google Play or App Store. You will need to create an account and add a Smart Controller before pairing blinds to the app.
- Neo Smart Blinds Blue: Download the app to your mobilde device by searching Neo Smart Blinds Blue on Google Play or App Store. You will need to connect a Blue Link to the motor before pairing it to the app.
Troubleshooting
Motor is not responding
Check power – Make sure the motor is properly connected to its power
adapter.
Not holding the HEAD button long enough – To enter pairing mode, you need to
press the button, and keep it pressed, for 3 seconds, until the motor moves.
Cannot pair with remote control
The motor pairing mode lasts 30 seconds. Pressing the set button on the back of the remote control should be done within this period.
Motor only moves inch by inch in one or both directions
This behavior means that the open and/or close limits have not been set. Please refer to the setting limits section of this document .
Getting to know your Neo Venetian Motor
Neo Venetian Motor specifications
- Description: 40 mm RF motor, double shaft, 40dB.
- Radio Frequency (RF): 433. 92 MHz.
- Electrical parameters: 24 V DC, external AC/DC. Power adapter 100-240VAC.
- Operational parameters: 2.0 Nm, 26 rpm.
Motor dimensions
All dimensions are in millimeters.
Caution
- Ensure correct crown and drive adapters are used.
- Keep remote controls, Smart Controller device, Blue Link device and apps away from children.
- Ensure all cables and connected devices are protected and clear from moving parts.
- An environment with multiple 433MHz devices may interfere with the normal usage of the motor.
- Do not cut any cables or the antenna.
- Do not drill or cut any part of the motor.
- Misuse or any design modification will void warranty.
Warranty
The Neo Venetian MotorVM-RT40 carries a one year warranty counting from the invoice date. Normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.
Neo Remote Control RC201, RC202 and RC206
Our Neo Remote Control RC215 and RC230 can also be used with Neo Venetian Motor.
Basic operation
Unless noted, all commands are sent from a remote control to a motor, and will only have effect if the remote control’s active channel has been paired with the desired motor.
- The motor will stop on button release if the limit is not yet set.
- This command is not sent to the motor, and affects only the remote control on which it is executed.
Choosing a channel
In order for a remote control to execute commands on a motor, its active channel must be paired with that motor. Use the instructions below to choose a channel, then proceed to the pairing process.
- Press the CHANNEL button as many times as needed to select the desired channel to pair the motor .
Pairing process
Set remote control channel using the buttons on the motor
- Hold the HEAD button for 3 seconds, until the motor moves.
- Press the SET button on the back of the remote control, the motor will move to confirm the operation.
Copy remote control channel
- Using a previously programmed remote control (A), hold the SET button on the back of the remote control for 3 seconds, until the motor moves.
- Using the new remote control (B), press SET button on the back of the remote control, the motor will move to confirm the new remote/channel was paired.
Reverse direction
The motor will have the open and close limits deleted if the direction is reversed.
- Hold the SET button on the back of the remote control for 3 seconds. The motor will move to indicate the process has started.
- Press the CHANNEL + STOP buttons at the same time, the motor will move to confirm the operation.
Note: For remotes RC215 and RC230, press PREVIOUS CHANNEL + STOP instead.
Setting and adjusting limits
Open limit
- Hold the SET + OPEN buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The motor will move to indicate the process to set up the open limit has started.
- Use OPEN, STOP and CLOSE buttons to go to the desired open position.
- Press SET button on the back of the remote control, the motor will move to confirm that the new open limit position has been saved.
Close limit
- Hold the SET+ CLOSE buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The motor will move to indicate the process to set up the close limit has started.
- Use OPEN, STOP and CLOSE buttons to go to the desired close position.
- Press SET button on the back of the remote control, the motor will move to confirm that the new close limit position has been saved.
Delete limits
- Hold the SET + STOP buttons at the same for 3 seconds. The motor will move to indicate the limits have been deleted.
Delete all remote controls
Attention: this procedure does not delete the open and close limits or the favorite positions 1 and 2.
- Hold the HEAD button for 3 seconds, until the motor moves, then release it.
- Hold the HEAD button for 7 seconds, until the motor moves, then release it.
