Instructions

  •  Please read the user guide before using the product to ensure safe and correct usage.
  • The images in the user manual may differ from the actual product, and the content may be subject to changes without prior notice for performance improvements.
  • To use the product with other mobile devices, please ensure compatibility between the mobile device and the product.
  • Note that wireless charging may be difficult with certain mobile phone accessory cases, depending on the case design.
  • The USB Type-C charging adapter is not included and needs to be purchased separately.
  •  Fast charging at 15W is possible when using a charging adapter with a minimum power output of 25W.
  • It is recommended to use the Samsung 25W genuine charging adapter. Using a non-Samsung genuine charging adapter may result in normal charging not being possible.
  • The components provided may not be compatible with other devices.
  • The provided components and available accessories may be subject to change depending on our circumstances.
  •  During charging, make sure the charger is near an electrical outlet and placed within easy reach.

How to Use the Product

  1. Connect the product to a power source.
  2.  Place your mobile phone on top of the product.

Precautions for Device Charging

Please place the product and the device as shown in Images 1, 2, and 3, ensuring they are aligned at the center. If the device is placed incompletely as shown in Image 4, the charging efficiency may be reduced.
When using the product, make sure the back of the device is in contact with the wireless charging area. Dropping the device onto the product may cause damage to the product. In such cases, it will be considered consumer negligence. Please use it with caution.

  • If the LED status indicator is not functioning properly or is not recognized correctly, disconnect the charger and reconnect it.
  • The LED status indicator may appear differently depending on the mobile device.

Safety Precautions

  • Please read carefully and strictly follow these instructions before use.

    • This product is intended for users aged 14 years and older.

    • Do not store the product in humid or high-temperature environments.

    • Take caution to prevent children or pets from sucking on or chewing the product.

    • According to the guidelines of the Fair Trade Commission, this product may be eligible for exchange or compensation in case of consumer disputes.

    •  In cases of malfunctions caused by user negligence or mishandling, or if the device is disassembled, modified, orintentionally damaged, it will not be eligible for free warranty repairs.

    • Do not touch the product with wet hands.

    • Avoid subjecting the product to severe impacts such as dropping.

    • The recommended operating temperature range for this product is 0 °C to 35 °C.
      Using the product at temperatures higher or lower than the recommended range may result in damage to the product.

    • Take care to prevent conductive foreign substances (liquids, dust, metal particles, pencil lead, etc.) from entering the connection area (external connector and plug) of the charger.

    • Do not attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair the product on your own.

Precautions for Connection

  • The product needs to be connected to a charger or PC in order to use it.
  • Take care to prevent foreign substances (liquids, dust, etc.) from entering the power connector. This may cause the product to malfunction.
  • Do not move the mobile device while it is connected to the product. This may restrict smooth charging.

Repair Inquiry

  • When inquiring about repair, please provide the product model name, details of the malfunction, and your contact information.
  • If a malfunction occurs with the product, please contact SLBS Customer Service Center at +82 70+8808+3619.
  •  The warranty period for the product is within 6 months from the date of purchase. In case of a defect caused by product failure, we will exchange the product after it is collected and inspected.
  •  When returning the product, please use the designated courier service. Additional charges may apply if an unspecified courier service is used. Additional costs may apply for remote or mountainous areas.
  • In case of product retrieval/return due to consumer negligence, courier fees will be charged.

Warranty

In the case of a malfunction that occurs within the warranty period under normal usage conditions, you can receive free service. However, non- defectiveness and consumer negligence are excluded.
