Product Usage Instructions
Download IMMAX NEO PRO and register
- Scan the QR code and download the Immax NEO PRO app or search for and install the Immax NEO PRO app in the App Store or Google Play.
- Launch the Immax NEO PRO app and tap Register to create your own account. Once you have completed registration, log in with your account.
Pairing the product to the application
- Preparation: switch on the device and open the Immax NEO PRO app. Make sure you are connected to the internet and that you have Bluetooth enabled on your phone. If not, put the device into pairing mode (reset it).
- In the app, click the + button, then a window will appear with information about finding a new device. Click on the Add button. The product will then be paired and the Immax NEO PRO app will be added.
Reset device
Switch the device on and off 3 times in succession. The interval between
switching off and on should be 1-2 seconds. Then the light should start
flashing (breathing). The light is in pairing mode.
Remote light control
- If you want to control the light remotely, you need to connect it to the Immax NEO PRO Multi Smart Gateway.
- Open the smart gateway tab and in the Bluetooth device list tab click on + Add device and then Add Bluetooth device. Select the correct device from the device list and go to Confirm.
Manage device groups
- Select one of the devices
- Click on the icon in the top-right corner
- Create group
- Add another device
- After saving, complete the group
- Enter the group panel for unified administration
Note: A group of devices must have the same version. Group management cannot be done for different versions.
Internet remote control
Internet Remote Control: Immax NEO MULTI must be purchased BRIDGE PRO with Bluetooth function, then connect WIFI, remote control through the application. The Bridge must be installed within the reach of the luminaires.
- Connect the gateway to power, press and hold for 3 seconds to add device in the application
- Connect WIFI
- Add the necessary devices remote control
- Add the device to the gateway
- Realize remote control
Maintenance
- Protect the device from contamination and soiling. Wipe the device with a soft cloth, do not use rough or coarse materials. DO NOT USE solvents or other aggressive cleaners or chemicals.

Safety Information
- CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. This product contains small parts, which may cause suffocation or injury if swallowed.

During installation or when a fault is detected, the power cable must always be disconnected from the socket (in the case of direct connection, the relevant circuit breaker must be switched off). Improper installation can damage the product and cause injury.
