Downloadable Sena Software
To download the Sena Motorcycles App:

1. Go to the Google Play Store or App Store.
2. Search for “Sena Motorcycles App”.
3. Download and install the app on your mobile device.

Firmware Upgrade
To download firmware:

2. Locate the firmware for your specific product.
3. Download the firmware.

Installation
Follow these steps to install the product:

1. Refer to the product manual for detailed installation instructions.
2. Identify the DC Power Charging & Firmware Upgrade Port, Status LED, Pinhole Fault Reset Button, Main Unit, Speakers Connectors, Antenna, and Microphone Connector on the product.
3. Ensure proper connections of speakers and microphone.
4. Use the (+) Button for specific operations as mentioned in the manual.

Basic Operations

• Powering On: Press and hold the button for 1 second (HOLD 1s).
• Powering Off: Tap the button once (TAP 1x).
• Volume Up: Tap the button once (TAP 1x).
• Volume Down: Tap the button once (TAP 1x).
• Checking the Battery Level: Press and hold the button for 1 second (HOLD 1s). The LED will indicate the battery level.

Phone Pairing
When turning on the headset for the first time:

1. Press and hold the button for 1 second (HOLD 1s) to enter Phone Pairing mode.
2. Select “ACS10” from the list of Bluetooth devices detected on your phone.

Using the Phone

• Answer a Call: Tap the button once (TAP 1x).
• End a Call: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds (HOLD 2s).
• Reject a Call: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds (HOLD 2s).
• Voice Dial: Press and hold the button for 3 seconds while in standby mode (HOLD 3s).

Music Control

• Play/Pause: Press and hold the button for 1 second (HOLD 1s).
• Track Forward: Press and hold the button for 1 second (HOLD 1s).
• Track Backward: Press and hold the button for 1 second (HOLD 1s).

Bluetooth Intercom
Up to three other people can be paired with the headset for Bluetooth intercom conversations. Intercom Pairing using Smart Intercom Pairing (SIP)

1. Pair your mobile phone with the headset.
2. Open the Sena Motorcycles App and tap on “Pairing Menu” (Smart Intercom).
3. Scan the QR code displayed on your friend’s mobile phone.
4. Tap “Save” and check that your friend is paired correctly.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 to pair with other Intercom Friends.
6. Note: SIP is not compatible with Sena products using Bluetooth 3.0 or below.

Intercom Pairing using the Button

1. Both users enter into Intercom Pairing mode by pressing and holding the button for 5 seconds (HOLD 5s).
2. Tap the Center Button on either headset.
3. The LED will turn blue to confirm successful pairing.
4. Repeat the steps above to pair with other headsets.

Two-way Intercom

• Start/End Conversation with the First Intercom Friend: Tap the button once (TAP 1x).
• Start/End Conversation with the Second Intercom Friend: Tap the button twice (TAP 2x).
• Start/End Conversation with the Third Intercom Friend: Tap the button three times (TAP 3x).

Configuration Menu
To access the Configuration Menu:

1. Press and hold the button for 15 seconds (HOLD 15s).
2. Navigate between menu options by tapping the button once (TAP 1x) or twice (TAP 2x).
3. Execute menu options by tapping the button once (TAP 1x).

Troubleshooting

• Factory Reset: Press and hold the button for 15 seconds (HOLD 15s) and then tap the button twice (TAP 2x).
• Fault Reset: Tap the button twice (TAP 2x) in the Configuration Menu under Fault Reset.
• Note : Fault Reset will not restore the headset to the factory default settings.

When you initially turn on the headset:

• Select ACS10 in the list of Bluetooth devices detected.

Bluetooth Intercom

Up to three other people can be paired with the headset for Bluetooth intercom conversations.

Intercom Pairing
There are two ways to pair the headset.

Using the Smart Intercom Pairing (SIP)
SIP allows you to quickly pair with your friends for intercom communication by scanning the QR code on the SENA MOTORCYCLES App without remembering the button operation.

1. Pair the mobile phone with the headset.
2. Open the SENA MOTORCYCLES App and tap (Smart Intercom Pairing Menu).
3. Scan the QR code displayed on your friend (B)’s mobile phone.
4. Your friend (B) can display the QR code on the mobile phone by tapping > QR code ( ) on the SENA MOTORCYCLES App.
5. Tap Save and check that your friend (B) is paired with you (A) correctly.
6. Tap Scan (  ) and repeat steps 3-4 to pair with Intercom Friends (C) and (D).

Note: The Smart Intercom Pairing (SIP) is not compatible with Sena products that use Bluetooth 3.0 or below.

Using the Button

1. Users (You, B) enter into Intercom Pairing.
   

2. Tap the Center Button on either headset.

3. Repeat the steps above to pair with other headsets (C and D).

Last-Come, First-Served
If the headset has multiple paired headsets for intercom conversations, the last paired headset is set as the First Intercom Friend. Two-way Intercom
