hp 6700 Color LaserJet Enterprise Multifunction Printer

Product Information

The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise 6700 is a high-quality color laser printer designed for enterprise use. It is available in two models: the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise 6700 and the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise 6701. The printer comes with an installation guide, which provides important instructions for setting up the printer.

The printer has a weight of 29.03 kg (64 lb) and dimensions of 860 mm (33.8 in) in width, 417 mm (16.4 in) in depth, and 370.73 mm in height.

The printer is equipped with multiple paper trays, but caution should be taken not to extend more than one paper tray at a time. The trays must be closed when moving the printer.

If additional accessories such as a 550-sheet tray, stand, panel kit, or storage stand were ordered, it is necessary to attach them before connecting the network cable and power cable.

The high-speed USB port on the printer is disabled by default and needs to be enabled from the printer control panel. The USB cable should not be connected until prompted during the software installation process.

For software installation, there are three methods provided: HP Easy Start, downloading from the Product Support website, and IT managed setup. The user can choose the method that suits their requirements.

To access firmware updates and advanced configuration options, the user can refer to the User Guide or visit the support page at www.hp.com/support/colorlj6700. The printer control panel also provides access to Help topics.
