BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

  1. Clean the outside of the product with a damp cloth. Wash the baskets and grilles with hot water and washing-up liquid, or in a dishwasher.

    • In DUAL mode the same settings are used for the cooking time and temperature for both cooking zones.
    • In MEAL mode the end of the cooking time is synchronized for both chambers so that the food is ready at the same time.
  • It is not possible to set the synchronization of the cooking zones after the product has been started.
  • The cooking zones can be used separately, without synchronization.
  • It is possible to use only one cooking zone for a smaller amount of food.

  • Temperature: 170°C (setting: 130–210°C)

HOW TO USE

  1. Prepare the food for cooking.
  2. Put the grilles in the baskets to use the circulating air, especially when using the program AIR FRY. The grilles should stand on their silicone feet.
  3. Put the different food separately in the baskets. One basket can be used to cook a smaller amount of food. If food is to be dried it is recommended to first place a layer directly on the bottom of the basket and then put in the grille and lay another layer on the grille.
  4. Put the baskets in the chambers.
  5. Press the power switch to activate the control panel. The settings mode for cooking zone 1 is activated. Press the button to switch to cooking zone 2, if you want to.
  6. Select the required program and set the temperature and cooking time.
  7. If only one basket is used, continue with step 12.
  8. If both baskets contain food, set the temperature and cooking time for zone 2 in one of the following ways.
  9. Press the DUAL button to copy the setting for cooking zone 1 to zone 2.
  10. Press the 2 button to activate settings mode for zone 2, select a program and choose the required setting.
  11. Press the MEAL button if different settings are made for both cooking zones, but the programs are to end at the same time. If not, disregard this step.
  12. Press the START/STOP button to start the cooking. If the MEAL function is activated the cooking zone with the longest cooking time will start first. An audio prompt will be heard when the remaining cooking time corresponds to the other cooking zone and the second cooking zone is activated. Until then HOLD is shown on the display for the cooking zone that is not activated. The remaining cooking time is shown on display. When the cooking time has run out an audio prompt is heard and END is shown on the display.
  13. Take the baskets out of the product and put them on a heat-resistant surface. Do not put them on the product.
  14. Switch off the product with the power switch and pull out the plug.
  15. Remove the food from the baskets.
  16. Allow the baskets to cool and clean them according to the instructions. The cooking can be temporarily stopped by pulling out the baskets to stir the food or add more ingredients. The countdown of the cooking time is paused (for both zones if they are synchronized) and resumes when the baskets are pushed back in.

WARNING!

  • Do not run the product continuously for more than 4 hours, with the exception of the drying program.
  • Food cooked in the product must not be wrapped in plastic film or plastic bags.
  • Make sure that food containing oil or fat is not overheated – it can start to burn.

NOTE

  • Always check before use that the product and the outside of the baskets are clean and dry.
  • Do not use the product without food, except to clean it before using for the first time.
  • Make sure that no food comes into contact with the heating element.
  • Do not overfill the baskets, this can prevent the air circulating well in the chambers. Do not fill to more than 1/3 full.
  • Put the hot baskets on a heat-resistant surface after use.

MANUAL STOPPING OF COOKING ZONE

  • Activate settings mode for the cooking zones and press the START/STOP button to stop the cooking manually. END is shown on the corresponding display. Cooking the other zone continues.

SETTING TEMPERATURE AND COOKING TIME

  • Set the program’s cooking time and temperature to ensure that the food (especially chicken) is completely roasted. Settings can be made during the cooking.
  • Select the required program and set the temperature and cooking time. Press in the respective button to quickly change the values.

TIPS!

  • In general, no fat is needed for the cooking, or just small amounts (2 or 3 teaspoons).
  • Very light pieces of food can be whirled around by the circulating air. Fasten them together when necessary with toothpicks or the equivalent.
  • The cooking time depends on the amount of food, the size of the pieces and the temperature. In general, the cooking time is shorter than in a conventional oven. Begin with short cooking times, and then gradually increase if necessary.
  • For uniform cooking, stir the food now and then with a plastic or wooden utensil.
  • Check the food regularly and switch off the product if it is cooked, even if the program has not finished.

STANDBY MODE
The control panel is activated when the power switch is pressed. If the product is not in use and no buttons are pressed within 10 minutes it goes into standby mode.
