The OTO product is designed to provide various massage functions for your healthcare needs. It includes massage balls, a USB cable, an air valve, an air pump, a traction belt, a power ON/OFF button, a heat mode button, a TYPE-C charging port, and an indicator light.

Usage Instructions

Power On/Off

1. Long press the Power button for two seconds to turn on the product. The product will enter the soft-kneading mode and the white light will light up.
2. To turn off the product, long press the Power button for two seconds.

Mode Settings

Heat Function

1. When the product is turned on, short press the Heat mode button to turn on/off the heat. The indicator light will turn orange when the heat function is on.
2. To turn on the heat function individually, long press the Heat mode button.

Speed Adjustment

1. Short press the Power button to switch speeds.
2. First press: low speed. Second press: high speed. Third press: low speed and high speed. Speed changes every 20 seconds.
3. The indicator light will flash once, twice, and third times in sequence.
4. The massage balls rotate inward for Shiatsu massage and outward for Tuina massage. The massage changes every 2 minutes.

Intelligent Reminder

Low Battery Reminder

• When the battery is low, a reminder will be displayed. Please charge the product using the provided USB cable and TYPE-C charging port.

   • Who is suffering from blood circulation problems or thrombosis?

2. Do not let water enter the product or splash near the surface of the product.
3. Water contact with electricity is dangerous. Do not leave the product in a humid environment (such as in the bathroom or shower room or next to the swimming pool).
4. Before connecting the product to the power supply, check that the product voltage and supply voltage are the same.
5. If the plug, power cord, or product itself is damaged, do not use the product.
6. In order to prevent the risk of electric shock, do not open the product’s outer cover.
7. The product is not intended for use by disabled, sensory, or mentally impaired persons (including children) unless there is supervision or guidance by the people responsible for their safety when they use the product.
8. If the product or the power cord is damaged, do not try to repair the product. This must be handled by an OTO technician or the product guarantee will become void.
9. Children should not use this product. They should be under supervision to ensure that they will not treat this product as a toy.
10. If an unusual sound or noise is being heard from the product, turn off the product and immediately disconnect the power connection. Please contact OTO or its authorized dealers immediately.
11. Do not use the product if the cover is damaged or if there is a mechanical or electronic failure. Please contact OTO or its authorized dealers.
12. Only use or place the product in accordance with the instructions in this user manual.
13. Do not use this product in high-temperature conditions or beside hot objects such as heaters, or stoves.
14. Do not apply medical or cosmetic cream on the product or on your body before using or during the use of this product.
15. Do not destroy, bend, stretch, twist, or tie the power cord. A damaged power cord can cause fire or electric shock.
16. Recommended usage time for an individual is 15 minutes at a time.
17. Please remove all accessories on the body before use.
18. This product is intended for household use only.
19. Do not use the product while sleeping, when drunk, or during a fever.
20. Avoid using the product immediately after eating. Wait for at least an hour before using the product.
21. Do not use the product on bare skin.
22. When massaging around or near the neck, take note of the movement of rollers and refrain from using excessive intensity.
23. Do not use the product while driving or exercising.
24. If you have long hair, please tie the hair up before using the product.
25. Only turn on the product after it is resting properly on the neck.

HOW TO OPERATE

POWER ON/OFF

2. Long press the Heat mode button [M] to turn on the heat function individually.

INTELLIGENT REMINDER LOW BATTERY REMINDER:
When the remaining power can only be used for 15 minutes, the indicator light flashes orange to remind that the battery is low.

CHARGING THE PRODUCT

1. Connect the USB cable provided to a power outlet.
2. Insert the other end of the USB cable to the charging port located beside the Heat mode button【M】.
3. While charging, the LED light flashes white. After charging, the LED white light lights up. Do not overcharge the product.
4. It is suggested to charge the product fully for first-time use.

USAGE

1. “ Wear ”
   Wear the product. Adjust the traction belt to a comfortable position.

2. “ Inflate ”
   Open the air valve cover. Press the air pump to inflate the product until it is fully inflated.

3. “ Lean ”
   If the massage strength is insufficient, you could lean in a chair, or you could also pull the traction belt to enhance the strength.

4. “ Adjust ”
   You could always inflate/deflate the product to make it fit your body part comfortably.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Cleaning

1. Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaning agents or corrosive liquids (such as gasoline or acetone) to clean the product.
2. Disconnect the USB cable from the power outlet.
3. Wipe with a dry cloth to clean the product.
4. Do not use a damp cloth or detergent.

Storage

1. Unplug the USB cable from the power outlet.
2. Store the product in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
3. Do not put a heavy weight load on the product.
