SAFETY INSTRUCTION

1. People with the following conditions should consult their physician before using the product.
   • Who uses a medical electronic device, which is embedded in the body, such as a pacemaker.
   • Who suffers from heart disease.
   • Who suffers from backbone injury or disease.
   • Who is suffering from bone fragility or problem, especially on the backbone, or shortly after surgery. After surgery.
   • Who is pregnant, or shortly after delivery or in a period of monthly illness.
   • Who suffers from malignant tumors.
   • Who is suffering from osteoporosis.
   • Who has problems with blood circulation or thrombosis.
   • Who is suffering from skin infection or disease.
   • Who is undergoing medical treatment or feels some physical abnormality previously or is being treated now.
   • Who has some abnormality or deformity of limbs or backbone.
   • Who has backbone problems or injuries due to illness or accident. Who is suffering from sensory disturbance or advanced peripheral circulatory disturbance or diabetes.
2. Do not let water enter the product or splash on the surface of the product.
3. Water contact with electricity is dangerous. Do not leave the product in a humid environment (such as in the bathroom or shower room or next to swimming pool).
4. Before connecting the product to the power supply, check if the product voltage and supply voltage are the same.
5. If the plug, power cord or product itself is damaged, do not use the product.
6. In order to prevent the risk of electric shock, do not open the product outer casing.
7. Product is not intended for use by the disabled, sensory or mental impaired persons (including children), unless there is supervision or guidance by the people responsible for ther safety when they use the product.
8. If the product or the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, do not try to repair the product. This must be handled by OTO’s specialist/technician, or the product guarantee will be void.
9. Children should not use this product. They should be under supervision to ensure that they will not treat this product as a toy.
10. If an unusual sound or noise is being heard from the product, turn off the product and immediately disconnect the power connection. Please contact OTO or its authorised dealer.
11. Do not use the product if cover is damaged or if there is a mechanical or electronic failure. Please contact OTO or its authorised dealer.

13. Do not use this product in high temperature environment or beside hot objects such as heaters, stoves
14. Do not apply medical or cosmetic cream on the product or on your body before using or during the use of this product.
15. When massaging around or near the neck, take note of the movement of rollers and refrain from using excessive intensity.
16. Do not destroy, bend, stretch, twist or tie the power cord. Damaged power cord can cause fire or electric shock.
17. Do not use the product on bare skin.
18. Recommended usage time for an individual is 15 minutes at a time.
19. Please remove all accessories on body before use.
20. Do not use the product while sleeping, when drunk or during a fever.
21. Avoid using the product immediately after eating. Wait for at least an hour before using the product.
22. If there is any abnormality, please stop using the product and consult a doctor immediately.

Electromagnetic fields (EMF) This OTO product complies with all standards regarding electromagnetic fields (EMF). If handled properly and according to the instructions in this user manual, the product is safe to use.

HOW TO OPERATE

1. Place the product on a chair or sofa with a back rest.
2. Put the main plug in the wall socket.
3. Press the On/Off ( ) button and then select the desired massage mode.

Note:

• Auto-timer is 15 minutes. After that, the product is automatically off to prevent over-heating.
• Always unplug the AC power plug after use.

REMOTE CONTROL

1. ( ) Spot Massage on Neck (Up/Down): Up: Press and hold ( ) to make the neck massage mechanism go up to your desired position. Release it to stop.
   Down: Press and hold (  ) to make the neck massage mechanism go down to your desired position. Release it to stop.

2. ( ) Manual Kneading Massage on Neck
   Press ( ) once to start neck massage in clockwise direction with indicator light on. Press again to change to anti-clockwise direction with indicator light blinking. Press the third time to stop neck massage with indicator light off.

3. ( ) Auto Kneading Button on Neck
   Press( ) once to start neck kneading massage with indicator light on. Massage rotation direction will change automatically per minute. Press again to stop neck kneading massage with indicator light off.

4. ( ) Shiatsu Massage on Back (Full / Upper / Lower) Choose from the 3 pre-set massage zone ( ) and the Shiatsu massage moves up or down in a specific area of the back. Press the respective button once to start Full / Upper / Lower Back shiatsu massage with corresponding indicator light on. Press the other button to turn off the present one with indicator light off.

5. ( ) Spot Massage on Back (Spot / Up/Down) When shiatsu massage on back is activated, press
   ( ) to start or stop the spot function.
   Press (   ) up/down button to keep the massage mechanism moving up or down with corresponding indicator light blinks.

6. ( ) Heat Therapy on Back
   The ( ) button will only be valid when back massage function is activated. Press once to start the back heat function with indicator light on. Press again to turn off the function with indicator light off.

7.  (  ) Air Massage
   Press ( ****) to select from 3 levels (Low / Medium / High) of air pressure massage intensity. Default is low intensity with indicator light on. Press again to change to Medium, and press once more to High. Press the button the fourth time to stop the function with indicator light off.

8. ( ) Seat Vibration
   Press(  ) to select from 3 levels (Low / Medium / High) of vibration massage intensity. Default is low intensity with indicator light on. Press again to change to Medium, and press once more to High. Press the button the fourth time to stop the function with indicator light off.

9. ( ) ON/OFF Button
   Press ON/OFF ( ) button once, the product will be on standby mode with indicator light on. Press again to turn off the product with indicator light off.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The product has justfinished its 15 minute auto timer session and has automatically switched to standby mode.| If you want anothersession, press the On/Off button again, and then related function button.
You may have used the product continuously for 30 minutes or more that the overheat protection has been activated.| Unplug the product and let it cool down for 60 minutes before you use it again.
An excessive load has been applied on the product.| Reduce the excessive load and start again.
The product is abnormally warm| The product is likely to be overused.| Unplug the product and let iit cool down before usingit again.
Noise can be heard from the product| Noise is made by the mechanical parts of the product.| This is normal and does not mean that the product is faulty.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Cleaning

1. Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaning agents or corrosive liquids (such as gasoline or acetone or alcohol) to clean the product.
2. Unplug the plug from the power outlet.
3. Wipe with a dry cloth to clean the product, remote control and power cord.
4. Do not use a damp cloth or detergent.

Storage

1. Unplug the plug from the power outlet.
2. Store the product in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
3. Do not put a heavy weight load on the product.

If the cover is damaged or there is any mechanical failure, please stop using the product. Contact OTO or its authorised dealer immediately.
