General instructions for proper use
- Opening the refrigerator door more often than necessary increases energy consumption and frost.
- Proper ventilation of the compressor and condenser unit reduces energy consumption and ensures a good cooling performance.
- Keep the inside of the refrigerator clean and dry. Remove any condensate water which might gather in the tray under the freezer compartment.
- It is recommended to turn on the device for about 6 hours prior to storing any food.
- Make sure the wiring system of the vehicle is in proper condition. Routinely check the batteries and the charge level.
Warning! Electrical shock hazard!
- Do not remove the ground prong.
- Do not use an adapter.
- Do not use an extension cord.
First use
- Check whether all packing materials have been removed.
- Clean the inside of the refrigerator with warm water and a mild detergent.
- Gently dry with a soft cloth.
- The refrigerator should always be plugged into its own individual electrical outlet which has a voltage rating that matches its rating plate. The refrigerator can be operated with a 12 V or a 24 V DC voltage supply.
Battery power detection
The device features a multi-level battery guard that protects your vehicle
battery from excessive discharge when the device is connected to the built-in
DC power supply. If the cooler is operated with the vehicle ignition off, the
cooler will shut off automatically when the power supply voltage drops below a
set level. The cooler will turn back on once the battery is charged to the
restart voltage level. The compressor will restart automatically in a few
minutes when the voltage returns to normal values.

Cut-off voltage| 9.6 V| 21.3 V
Cut-in voltage| 10.9 V| 22.7 V
Installation
This refrigerator is designed for installation in a niche. Mounting can be done on the strap at the front. It is very important that the refrigeration unit, consisting of the compressor and condenser, is well ventilated. The airflow must run from the bottom to the top. The air inlet and outlet of the niche must have a free passage of at least 200 mm. The refrigerator has a cooling system that can be installed up to 1.5 m away from the refrigerator, so that optimal use can be made of the available space. Handle the connecting tube carefully so as not to damage it. In principle, the cooling system must be vertical, but it also works up to an inclination of 30°.
Control
Display functions:
- Switching on/off: press button 1 for 3 seconds.
- Temperature level selection/ECO mode selection: press button 2.
- The LED lights indicate the temperature level, the ECO mode and/or any errors. They also have the function of illuminating the inside of the fridge.
Temperature selection:
-
The device must be on to operate the display and view the set temperature.
-
Press button 2 once to exit lighting mode and enter temperature selection mode.
-
It is possible to select a temperature between 1°C and 7°C for the cooling compartment, divided into four levels.
-
To select another level, press button 2 consecutively to select the following levels:
Remote Control -
+7℃ ±2℃
-
+5℃ ±2℃
-
+3℃ ±2℃
-
+1℃ ±2℃
Wait 5 seconds to save the desired temperature after selecting it. The system will then exit temperature selection mode and will enter lighting mode.
- Based on the selected setting, the freezer compartment regulates the temperature from 0 °C to -14 °C, with setting 4 being the coldest.
ECO mode:
- ECO mode is the energy-saving mode.
- ECO mode can be selected by pressing button 2 for more than 3 seconds.
- To deselect ECO mode, press button 2.
Reversing the opening direction of the door
The door opens towards the right. To change the direction:
-

Defrosting
- The refrigerator should always be defrosted when the layer of frost on the evaporator reaches a thickness of 3-4 mm or more.
- Switch off the refrigerator before defrosting.
- Take the products out off the refrigerator and store them as cool as possible.
- Never use sharp or abrasive objects to remove ice and frost from the evaporator, as this could damage it.
- Only switch the refrigerator back on once it has been defrosted, cleaned and thoroughly dried.
- Remove, empty and dry the drip tray beneath the evaporator.
- A towel can be placed at the base of the refrigerator during defrosting, to collect the water.
- The natural defrosting time can vary from a few minutes to several hours.
Cleaning and maintenance
- Remove food residues and other dirt immediately with warm water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth.
- Clean the inside of the refrigerator and all loose parts.
- Clean the outside of the refrigerator with warm water and a soft cloth.
- Gently dry with a soft cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or hard brushes. These can damage the refrigerator.
- Never clean the refrigerator with soap or aggressive, acidic or corrosive cleaning agents.
- Seasonal maintenance is limited to the cleaning of the condensing unit behind the refrigerator. In particular, it is necessary to remove the dust that has accumulated. This can be done using a soft brush and a vacuum cleaner.
- In order to prevent damage to the electrical/mechanical components and/or the formation of mould when shutting off the refrigerator for extended periods of time, it is necessary to wait for the unit to defrost completely and to dry both inside the unit and in the external water collection tray. The door should be left slightly ajar for ventilation. All power should be disconnected.
