Functions

Power on/off
Power on:

  1. The earphones are in the charging case, and opening the charging case will power on the earphones.
  2. With the earphones outside the charging case (in the off state), touch the left and right earphones respectively for 3 seconds to turn them on, and they can also be used individually.

Power off:

  1. Place the left and right earphones into the charging case and close the charging case lid to power off the earphones.
  2. With the earphones outside the charging case (in the on state), touch the left and right earphones respectively for 3 seconds to turn them off. When the left and right earphones are connected to each other, if you touch either earphone to turn off the power, both the left and right earphones will turn off.TOZO-T13187-Open-Buds-Wireless-Headphones-1

Wearing

  1. The earphone ear hook can rotate forward and backward, as well as left and right.

  2. Adjust the curved part of the rotating earphone to adjust forward, backward, left, and right. Then wear it on the left and right ears respectively, and adjust the earphone’s sound outlet to align with the ear canal.

Bluetooth connection

  1. Connection inside the charging case: Open the charging case and the red and white signal lights will flash alternately. Search for the signal [TOZO Open Buds] and connect to it.
  2. Connection outside the charging case: Touch the left and right earphones for 3 seconds to turn them on, and then search for the signal (TOZO Open Buds] to connect to it. You can also choose to connect only one earphone for use.

Reset
When the earphones are placed in the charging case, press and hold the charging case button for 8 seconds to clear the Bluetooth pairing records and restore the factory settings.

Bluetooth multipoint feature

  1. With the earphones turned on, put them in pairing mode and connect them to the first phone via Bluetooth.
  2. Turn off Bluetooth on the first phone and put the earphones back in pairing, connect the earphones to the second phone via Bluetooth.
  3. Turn on Bluetooth on the first phone and search for the earphones in the list of paired devices.
    Click on the earphones to connect to both phones simultaneously.

Charging methods

  1. Earphone charging: Simply place the earphones into the charging case to charge them.
  2. Charging case charging: It is recommended to use a 5V output charger to charge the charging case.
    Insert the Type-C charging cable into the charging port of the charging case to charge it.

  • Ul customization: Most of the controls can be customized in the App.
    EQ settings: There’re lots of EQ settings you can choose in the Appto optimize your experience while enjoying different music genres.

  • Earbuds firmware update: The earbuds firmware can be updatedin the App. You will be informed once the new version of firmware is detected when you connect the earbuds with the App.

Troubleshooting and reminders

  1. Cannot turn on: Trying to charge the earphones and charging case, check whether the charging case’s red light is on before attempting to turn them on.
  2. Water damage: Do not charge the product, and immediately turn it off, wipe off any surface water to let it dry, and then try to use it again.
  3. Playback or connection issues: Put the earphones in the charging case, press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds to restore factory settings, and then try to use them again.
  4. Unable to connect to phone: Make sure Bluetooth is turned on, delete the pairing, turn on the earphones, and search for the earphones’ Bluetooth signal to connect. If it still does not work, try restoring factory settings.
  5. No sound: Ensure that Bluetooth is connected S and try increasing the earphone volume.
  6. Unable to charge: Try using a different 5V power adapter to charge or replace the charging cable O see if it solves the problem.
  7. If the problem persists: Please contact TOO customer service.
