Notice: This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable, local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect items and contents carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install it. Retain all packaging material until installation is complete and approved.
Care Instructions:
Clean only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do not use abrasive or
chemical agents.
Product Usage Instructions
- Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.
- Thread shade riser (D) to the top of the lamp body, adjust shade riser (D) to desired height, then tighten the adjustment knob.
- Remove the finial (F) from the adjustable riser (D).
- Remove shade (E) from the packaging and place it on the adjustable riser (D) by securing it with the final (F). If the shade has additional packaging, carefully cut it off from the interior of the shade to avoid damage.
- Install light bulbs into the sockets.
- Remove the protective cover (A) from the plug.
- Plug the lamp into an electrical outlet and test the fixture.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.

Thread shade riser (D) to the top of lamp body, adjust shade riser (D) to desired height, the tighten adjustment knob.

Remove finial (F) from the adjustable riser (D).

Remove shade (E) from the packaging and place it on an adjustable riser (D) by securing it with a finial (F).
NOTE: If the shade has additional packaging, carefully cut it off from the interior of the shade to avoid damage. -
Install light bulbs into the sockets.

Remove the protective cover (A) from the plug.

Plug into an electrical outlet and test the fixture.
