Product Usage Instructions
- Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.
- Install the lamp body (E) to the base (F), then secure with the lock washer (G) and hex nut (H) using the provided wrench.
- Remove the backing sheet from the felt paper (I), then neatly apply it to the bottom side of the lamp base.
- Install the shade (B) to the fixture and secure it with the screws (A). Do not over-tighten to avoid damaging the glass.
- To adjust the fixture, loosen the adjustment knobs (D), adjust it to the desired position, then tighten the knobs (D).
- Install the light bulb into the socket.
- Remove the protective cover (E) from the plug.
- Plug the lamp into an electrical outlet and test the fixture.
Care Instructions
Clean only with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Do not use abrasive or chemical agents.

NOTICE:
This light fixture should be installed in accordance with all applicable,
local installation codes, and by a person familiar with the construction and
operation of it, as well as the hazards involved. Inspect item and contents
carefully. If any damage or defect is found, do not install.
Retain all packaging material until installation is complete and approved.

Carefully remove all parts from the box. Place on a clean, soft surface.

Install lamp body (E) to base (F), then secure with lock washer (G) and hex nut (H) using provided wrench.

Remove backing sheet from felt paper (I), then neatly apply to bottom side of lamp base.

Install shade (B) to fixture and secure with screws (A).
NOTE: Do not over-tighten otherwise glass could become damaged. -
To adjust the fixture loosen the adjustment knobs (D), adjust to desired position, then tighten knobs (D).

Install light bulb into the socket.

Remove protective cover (E) from plug.

Plug into electrical outlet and test fixture.
