Product Usage Instructions:
- Place all parts on a flat smooth surface.
- Connect the tube (B) to the base (A) and secure it with the washer and screw using the Allen key.
- Connect the top part (C) to the tube (B).
- Install the Shade (D) on the Socket and secure it with the Socket Ring (E) (Socket Ring located on socket).
- After finishing the installation, adjust the cardan rotating head (C) to position the lamp shade correctly.
- Install the Bulb (F) – Bulb not included. Use either one E26 Type A bulb with a maximum wattage of 60W or one E26 CFL bulb with a maximum wattage of 13W.
Caution: Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for the maximum wattage. Do not exceed the maximum wattage.
Warning: Do not attempt to replace the bulb(s) while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle.
Care Instructions: Use only a soft cloth; do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Important Safety Instructions
- This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock.
- The plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
- Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted.
- Do not alter the plug.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all parts on a flat smooth surface.
- Connect the tube(B)to the base(A) and secure with the washer and screw using the Allen key
- Connect top part (C) to the tube (B)s .
- Install the Shade(D)on the Socket and secure with the Socket Ring (E) (Socket Ring located on socket)
- When finished the installation, adjust the cardan rotating head (C) and make the lamp shade to a correct position.
- Install Bulb(F)（Not included）
CAUTION – Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for maximum wattage – do not exceed the maximum wattage.
