Product Usage Instructions

1. Before starting the installation process, ensure you have all the necessary components provided with the product.
2. Using a 3 mm drill bit, predrill holes on the surface of your suitcase where you want to attach the Topcaserailing.
3. Place the plastic countersunk washer (Kunststoff Senkscheibe) onto the predrilled hole.
4. Insert the sealing washer (Dichtscheibe) onto the plastic countersunk washer.
5. Take the lens head screw (Linsenflanschschraube) and screw it into the predrilled hole with the plastic countersunk washer and sealing washer in place.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for all four corners of the Topcaserailing.
7. Use the cylinder head screw (Zylinderkopfschraube) provided to clear the threads of the screws if necessary.
8. Apply fitting lubricant (Montagepaste) to ensure smooth installation and prevent rusting.
9. Use thread-locking fluid (Schraubensicherung) to secure the screws in place and prevent them from loosening during travel.
10. Make sure to tighten the screws with the recommended torque (Drehmoment) specified in the user manual.
11. After installation, clean the Topcaserailing and the suitcase surface using a suitable cleaner (Reiniger).
