Check the device regularly, especially before use. Check the tightness, the cleanliness of the nozzle, the cleanliness of the piezo igniter and the correct functionality of device.
Suitable gas and pressure regulator
- This gas appliance is only suitable for use with low-pressure gas cylinders filled with butane, propane or LPG mixture, equipped with an appropriate low-pressure regulator and flexible hose. The hose must be equipped with a regulator gauge and secured with hose clips.
- The operating pressure of this appliance is set to 28-30 mbar for Butane gas, 37 mbar for Propane gas and 30 mbar for LPG mixtures.
Device check before startup
- Open the cover.
- Check that the burners are not dirty.
- Check that the piezo igniters are not dirty
Maintenance
- Always carry out device maintenance at regular intervals and in cases of greater contamination. Allow device to cool down. After disconnecting the gas, make sure that the valve and nozzle are not dirty. It is advisable to check the valve regularly and protect it from dirt. Defects and their elimination
Fault: The burner cannot be lit.
- Check the gas content (after disconnection, there is no movement of the contents of the bottle when shaken). Attention, as the temperature decreases the amount of gas also decreases. The pressure decreases, and so that the performance of device decreases accordingly.
- If the burner nozzles are clogged (and cannot be cleaned) or if there is a malfunction in the valve (ignition), contact a professional service.
- If the electrode of the piezo igniter is clogged or wet, clean it and let it dry.
- If the piezo igniter electrode is bent, bend it back to the burner.
WARNING
Device consumes oxygen during operation and in a nonventilated room (trailer, tent, cabin, boat, etc.), the user’s life can be seriously endangered due to lack of oxygen and increased concentration of CO2! It is always necessary to ventilate. It is necessary to ensure a sufficient supply of combustion air and at the same time it is necessary to prevent any dangerous accumulation of unburnt fuel near the stove! Butane is physically heavier than air, and in the event of a spontaneous release, due to a leak, it sinks and accumulates near the ground.
