Product Information: LCD Digital Temperature Controller VX
series
The LCD Digital Temperature Controller VX series is a product
manufactured by Hanyoung Nux. It is designed to accurately control
and monitor temperature in various applications. The temperature
controller features an LCD display for easy reading and
programming.
The product is manufactured by HANYOUNGNUX CO.,LTD, located at
28 Gilpa-ro 71beon-gil, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, Korea. For any
inquiries or support, you can contact them at TEL: +82-32-876-4697
or visit their website at http://www.hanyoungnux.com.
Product Usage Instructions:
Before using the LCD Digital Temperature Controller VX series,
please read the instruction manual carefully and follow the safety
guidelines provided.
Safety Information:
The safety information provided in the manual is classified into
three categories: Danger, Warning, and Caution. It is important to
understand and adhere to these warnings to avoid any accidents or
injuries.
Usage Guidelines:
-
Install double safety devices in applications where high-risk
equipment is involved, such as ships, aircraft, vehicles, railways,
combustion devices, safety devices, crime/disaster prevention
equipment, etc., to prevent accidents. -
When using electromagnetic switches, set the proportional cycle
to at least 20 seconds. When using SSR (Solid State Relay), set the
proportional cycle to at least 1 second. -
Ensure the temperature controller is used within the specified
ambient temperature and humidity ranges mentioned in the
instruction manual. -
Avoid using the temperature controller in locations with
corrosive gases, vibrations, impacts, liquids, oils, chemicals,
steam, dust, salt, iron, etc. (pollution degree 1 or 2). -
Do not place the temperature controller in areas with large
inductive interference, static electricity, magnetic noise, or
radiant heat. -
Use circuit breakers compliant with IEC60947-1 or
IEC60947-3. -
Ensure the power input and relay output wires have a minimum of
75% heat resistance and use copper wires from 18 AWG to 24
AWG. -
Tighten the terminal screws with a torque of 0.5 to 0.7
N.m. -
If the temperature controller is used as a signal to an
external interlock circuit, use a delay relay together. -
Clean the product with neutral detergents and avoid using
alcohol or benzene. -
Ensure compatibility when using multiple temperature
controllers of the same model, as different set parameters may
result in different operation. -
Use dedicated temperature compensation cable to minimize
temperature deviation between the temperature controller’s PV value
and the actual temperature. Calibrate the temperature deviation if
necessary.
Following these usage instructions will help ensure optimal
performance and longevity of the LCD Digital Temperature Controller
VX series.

situation which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury
CAUTION Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may
result in minor injury or property damage
DANGER
· The input/output terminals are subject to electric shock risk. Never let the
input/output terminals come in contact with your body or conductive
substances.
WARNING
· If there is a possibility of a serious accident due to malfunction or
abnormality of this product, install an appropriate protection circuit on the
outside. · Since this product is not equipped with a power switch and fuse,
install them separately on the outside (fuse rating: 250 V a.c., 0.5 A). ·
Please supply the rated power voltage, in order to prevent product breakdowns
or malfunctions. (Overvoltage category II) · The power supply should be
insulated and limited voltage/current or Class 2, SELV power supply device. ·
To prevent electric shocks and malfunctions, do not supply power until the
wiring is completed. · The product does not have an explosion-proof structure,
so avoid using it in places with flammable or explosive gases. · Never
disassemble, modify, process, improve or repair this product, as it may cause
abnormal operations, electric shocks or fires. · Please disassemble the
product after turning OFF the power. Failure to do so may result in electric
shocks, product abnormal
operations or malfunctions. · Any use of the product other than those
specified by the manufacturer may result in personal injury or property
damage. · Please use this product after installing it to a panel, because
there is a risk of electric shock. · When used in equipment with a high risk
of personal injury or property damage (examples: medical devices, nuclear
control,
ships, aircrafts, vehicles, railways, combustion devices, safety devices,
crime/disaster prevention equipment etc.) install double safety devices and
prevent accidents. Failure to do so may result in fire, personnel accident or
property damage.
